"Teondae, I thought I heard music when the window repaired itself," Montani says in awe, "Is that the music you're talking about?"

Teondae looks at her with wide eyed surprise, "Mant, I expected to hear the music, maybe. It is known that some of the Eldar could hear it and he comes from a line that has Vacar blood. But, human blood has become so faded of magic that it's doubtful that you, as powerful as you are, would be able to..." Teondae becomes lost in thought.

He shakes himself from his stupor of thought and smiles at them, "Forgive me, I forget myself. It has been some time since I've had guests. Food should be ready presently, follow me please," Teondae leads the three into a beautiful dining room. The vacar, at least Teondae's family, seem big into stained glass. All the rooms that they've seen so far have had at least some stained glass in the frames of the windows.

Teondae directs them to take seats and they comply. Once they are settled they look expectantly at Teondae. "You must have several questions for me. I will answer what I can.

"Montani, you asked about the music, yes, the music you heard as the window repaired itself is what I was talking about earlier. It seems that the house has accepted you as has this land." Teondae smiles a secretive smile. He had more than suspected that she would be, just not this quickly.

"Just what is the music, Teondae," Leean asks then blushes and looks down. He feels uncomfortable questioning those that he doesn't know very well.

"Young prince, the music is the music of the land. Of all the peoples we expected the elves to be able to retain the ability to hear it. Yet, it seems that even the elves have lost the ability to hear it. Perhaps you will be the first elf in centuries to hear the music. That is my hope at least." Teondae gives a gentle smile to the elf.

"I don't understand," Mant says and rubs his temple's there is a pain there and it is building in pressure.

"Are you alright, Mant?" Teondae asks a bit alarmed at the pained look on Mant's face.

Before Mant can reply he falls off his chair and goes into spasms. Montani jumps from her seat next to him and yet, Teondae beats her to Mant's side. He picks Mant up and tells both Montani and Leean to stay and eat. "I will see to him and after you eat, Montani, then you can go to his side. I think that the land and this house are making themselves known to him and he's just gone into overload. He'll be fine." Montani doesn't hear Teondae's last words, of "I think." If she had she'd never have sat back in her seat and waited for the food to appear.

Mant finds himself in a dreamland, one that he's never seen before. Music surrounds him. He wishes Montani were here, she'd appreciate the music far more than he does. Not that he doesn't appreciate it, it's far too beautiful for him to not do so.

"Welcome, Eldar prince. It has been long indeed since one of you has graced us with their presence." The voice has Mant spinning around him to find out who is speaking to him.

"Show yourself," Mant demands when he finds no one.

Two females walk out of the darkness that surrounds the brightly colored landscape. Their appearance isn't something Mant has ever seen before. Tall and stately, yet there is something very alien about them that he can't pinpoint. The females smile at him.

"Who are you?" Mant demands.

"I am the representation of the house you are in," the first one says as she bows.

"I represent the land," the second female says doing the same.

"Why am I here, where are my companions? My wife?" Mant demands.

"Peace Eldar Prince, Montani will join you shortly. We had wish to talk to you first. Your wife is an amazing person and has a great deal to do, but you are no less than she. Make sure that you don't doubt yourself. You both have been through a refiners fire. It is time for you to learn your full potential and power. Just as Montani had to learn hers." The representation of the land says soothingly.

"There is much you need to learn young prince. Listen to the prince as he teaches you of his powers. You doubt yourself since it is your wife that has the musical ability. Music is how I present myself to the Vacar. It isn't necessary for you to be able to do music to tap into my power." She continues.

"Your wife will hear, but will be unable to do more than touch onto our power. You on the other hand have the ability that no Eldar, has had since long before the jealousy of the two races diverged completely. What was destroyed must be remade in order for all to survive." The representation of the house says, demands of Mant really.

Mant looks at both the females and shakes his head in wonder, "Montani is the one of power between us. I know this and have accepted it long ago."

"You doubt yourself prince. You must not do so. You are well matched with Montani. You just need to have the other abilities unlocked from inside you. Our servant, Prince Teondae, will do so. Things that you never believed possible will soon be yours. This is desirable for all." The representation of the house is starting to get short tempered on his obstinacy.

Mant smiles deprecatingly, "I meant no offense."

Neither of the representations lose their looks of disapproval. They look up, "Your wife comes." The representation of the house states.

"Montani, talk to your husband and tell him to be more accepting." The representation of the land demands of the human girl.

Montani raises an eyebrow at the two representations. "Who are you that I should do as you say?"

The two women look at her in disbelief. "It is worse than we feared." The representation of the house murmurs and the other nods as well.

Montani stops next to Mant and waits and raises an eyebrow at the words spoken. Mant can tell that Montani is getting upset and so he introduces the two females. "Montani, this is the representation of the house and she is the representation of the land. They say that I have power yet to unlock inside of me. That is what they want you to reassure me about, I think."

Montani then turns to Mant and all but laughing at his expression says the last thing he expected of her. "Well, of course you do. I have felt the power inside of you, but I could not tell what that power was."

Mant stares at him stupefied, "You knew that I have untapped abilities?"

"I could feel the power but couldn't tell what it was. I had no idea that you didn't know it was there. You are very likely the strongest power around Mant. At least you would be if you tap into that power." Montani says at the amazed man at her side.

"Do you believe us now, Eldar prince?" The representation of the land demands.

"Yes, I guess I do." Mant knows that Montani would never say that unless it was true and he trusts Montani.
