"Fly too high for me to see the traces of evil ones." Montani orders the eagles that come. "I can't be distracted at this juncture. I'm sorry we'll go hunting at a later time." Montani's anger mollifies at the disappointment she feels from the eagles. They have hunted together many times. "I need to reach Malinor as soon as possible."

"Ahh, that explains the urgency we felt in the summons. Just you three then, not the rest of the council?" The eagles were brought up to speed on the part they will do they didn't care for the idea of being trapped inside a building talking about stuff that didn't pertain to them.

"Yes, apparently the eldar aren't ready to mobilize and we can't reach the eldar king." The eagle is unable to hide his shock at this as he knows the king is the father of one and foster father to the other.

"This is not good news. Please, seat yourselves and we will leave." The three climb onto the eagles back and hold tight.

In a very short time the eagle is so high they have trouble breathing but then he takes them down a bit lower. Montani loves flying until it comes to diving to lower levels. She never has cared for the free fall sensation.

Within a few short hours they are landing in Malinor and sliding off their winged companion. "Prepare for full battle. We'll be calling you soon." Montani says after thanking her ride. The others had already thanked him.

"We'll be ready, Lady Montani. I will await the call." The eagle says as Montani turns from him and goes towards the Eldar city.

Mant and Teondae take up flanking positions of the very angry woman. Everywhere she notices the half assed preparations and her anger spikes anew.

Molani meets them at the gate. A very wan and tired looking Molani waits there. Montani's anger is even greater. The entire council should have greeted them as should Mauntie. Even as she hugs Molani she demands. "What's going on?"

Molani steps back after greeting her son and Teondae the same way. "Mauntie was forcing the council to prepare for war. Most were understanding and you were the one to call so they were willing to fight. But that ass Manteer fought him and once he gained the majority he stopped preparations. He's blocked Mauntie and I from mind speak so we couldn't tell you."

Montani takes care of that right now. "Take me to that bastard."

"Montani," Teondae tries to caution, but then the look Montani turns on him shuts him up and turns him white.

"After I deal with him take me to my babies." The thought of her babies makes her anger lessen, but she has to deal with the traitor before she can allow her anger to cool completely.

Molani smiles, "The council is in session right now. They won't let me take my seat because of my dissenting attitude."

This just infuriates Montani even more.

Soon they arrive at the council hall. The guards see Montani and how angry she is they don't even try to stop her. Mant whispers as they go by, "Good choice."

Montani tries to open the doors and find them locked. Slamming her power against them the lock shatters and she goes on in with the others following behind.

"Manteer, I accuse you of treason. You have broken faith with those that will keep our lands safe. You have broken faith with your oathed leaders. I warned you when I left if I had to come back here because you in any way slowed things down you would regret it. You didn't listen." Montani's voice is filled with power and anger. The other members of the council shrink back from her in fear.

"By your own actions and my own sightings the people of Malinor are in no way prepared as they were ordered to be. Why is that?" Montani's voice hadn't gotten louder it had gotten softer demanding to be listened closely to to hear.
