Mega Man 4: New Treachery

IX. Skull Man

A graveyard in a tower designed to look like it's made of bones. Skull Man has to be here. After making through skull themed robots over and over I finally made it to Skull Man. He was performing a Shakespeare play by himself. "To be, or not to be? For that is the question."

I don't think he noticed me. "Hey Skull Man!"

He jumped. "What! How long were you standing there!?"

"Not long. You did great, by the way."

"Okay then. Thank you. I don't think you know how dangerous I truly am!"

"Yeah um... Dust Man said you were designed specifically to destroy me."

He looked down. "Skele Joes attack and distract!"

Suddenly a few Skele Joes attacked me while Skull Man fled into the door behind him. They kept throwing bones at me until I used a charged shot to destroy all of them. I the looked at the door and Eddie came in. "Mega Man, I sent Eddie to give you a few items."

"Thanks Dr. Light."

Eddie then gave me an E-tank, and some weapon energy recharge. The door opened and I entered as Skull Man was standing still. "Okay Skull Man tell me who's really behind all of this!"

"That's none of your business Mega Man. I'm just a lackey, an obstacle in your way, I am just a..."

I then shot ant him with a Dust Crusher. "You done? Look I know Dr. Cossack is innocent. I know he's being forced to do all this!"

"Well I have no choice but to keep his identity a secret. Get a load of this!"

He then shot at me with his buster. I dodged and shot him again with the Dust Crusher. He suddenly put up a shield. "This is my Skull Barrier! It protects me from any attack."

I saw that the shield could only be up for a short amount of time so once the barrier went down I shot him. This repeated until he fell. "Okay then. That was unexpected."

I knew how much Kalinka meant to Dr. Cossack, and how he would protect her no matter what. Whoever was doing this was a monster, and I have to stop him. I grabbed Skull Man and teleported home.
