Where would a robot named Drill Man go? How about an abandoned mine, oh well. As long as I have the badge Dive Man gave me, I know Kalinka is safe. Wily wouldn't harm a child. It wasn't his M.O. Drill Man was the true threat right now. Of course, when I start walking Helibots come to attack me. Why didn't I notice before that this is Wily's gimmicks before now. Oh well.
As I climbed the ladders and fought some Mettals, when I was met with another giant jumping robot. I easily destroyed it and made it to the other side. While going back down I saw a Battons and spikes in the area I was in. I managed to not wake up the Battons and made it past more spikes and turrets.
As I continued forward I suddenly got a call from ... Blues! "Hey Blues?"
"Call me Proto Man. I need to warn you. Dr. Wily is behind this."
"I know already. I connected the dots."
"Sorry I couldn't contact you earlier. I was saving a prisoner."
"Wait you saved Kalinka?"
"Yeah. Wily's probably having a fit right now."
"Yeah. Contact me later okay. I'll figure out and stop Wily's scheme."
"I'll send Dr. Light Wily's coordinates."
I turned off my comm and enter into my fight with Drill Man. "Come on out Drill Man. Dr. Cossack's daughter is safe now. We don't have to fight."
Drill Man popped up from the ground. "Really? I don't believe you."
"My brother Proto Man has her in a safe location."
"How can I trust you?"
"I have never lied before, why would I now?"
Drill man looked down. "Drill Man, attack now!"
"If she's really safe, Dr. Cossack will be so pleased."
"Cossack Numbers Command Override, Delta. Destroy Mega Man."
Suddenly Drill Man had a look of terror on his face. I brought out my new Dive Missile weapon for defense, when Drill Man said, "I'm sorry."
He then shut down. I walked towards him with my buster at the ready. "Drill Man, are you okay?"
He then jumped into the ground and tunneled below me, somewhere. I carefully listened when he jumped from below me hitting me in the leg. I shot a dive missile at him, hitting him right in the head after awhile the I won. I grabbed Drill Man's leg and teleported him back home.
