"Mwa ha ha ha ha! Ballade He's all yours."
"With pleasure, Doctor Wily. Hello there Mega Man. It time to end this charade!" Ballade yelled as he charged me.
He then threw a capsule at me as I dodge his charge. It exploded in my face as it came at me. "You can't beat me, Mega Man. I'm the strongest robot of all! You're just a pathetic weakling beneath me!" He just wouldn't let up his attack!
I have to distract him somehow. Maybe if I blast the ceiling he might get hit? I tried to continue my thought but he blasted me against a wall with his ballade cracker. "Like I said, you are a worm beneath the ground to me."
That's it, Drill Bomb! I can blow him up with my weapons and win! I immediately switched to Drill Bomb and shot one out. "Ha, what's that supposed to do?" He just dodged it, only for it to turn around and hit him in his back.
I smiled as I shot more at him. He got up and started tossing Ballade Crackers everywhere. I brought up a Skull Barrier as the explosives blew up in our faces. When I opened my eyes I saw Ballade running away. He looked severely damaged. "You'll see me again, Mega Man! And next time I won't lose to a weakling like you!"
A smile appeared on my face. "What's next Wily? Anymore distractions? What's your main goal anyway?"
"Ah wisdom is wasted upon the youth of today, but I can tell you this. I'm only getting started. Soon I will win this war and be rid of you blue nuisance!"
"Why does that seem like someone should say that."
"Prepare to meet your doom, Mega Man! Mwa ha ha ha ha ha!"
