Chapter Four
~Mitch's POV~
I wake up to the beeping of my alarm clock, I didn't want to get up but today was Ashley's birthday and I had planned on making her breakfast in bed. That was not all I had planned for Ashley, I also had made reservations at this "fancy" restaurant for Ashley and I. I would finally be able to talk to her alone. Just Ashley and I...nobody else.
On my way to the kitchen I see Adam and Alesa sleeping on the floor in the living room, that will be Ashley and I, I pretend I didn't see them and sneak over to the kitchen. I decide to make Ashley some eggs and bacon with orange juice. "Shit!" I said very loudly. I burnt myself on the stove. I stayed quiet and still when I realized I just yelled that, please don't wake up..*sigh* thank goodness. After a few minutes I finish Ashley's breakfast and put it on a tray to take it to her. This is only my first gift to her.
"Hey biggums, wake up." I say to Ashley when I walk through the door. I hear her turning to look at me.
"Huh? Oh hey Mitch! What's that? Oh and why the shirtless Mitch?" Ashley says half asleep. I forgot about that.
"Oh I always sleep shirtless. I made you breakfast in bed. Happy Birthday Ash!" I say while bringing the tray of food to her. I swear Ashley looks beautiful even when she's got bed-head.
"Aww, thanks Mitch! You really shouldn't have." She says, her voice is so perfect. Everything about her is just perfect.
"Your welcome, and later I have something planned so you don't wanna miss it. I'll just say that you need to be ready by 7." I said to Ashley. This was going to be our first date. Just me and Ashley and nobody else.
~Ashley's POV~
Mitch is the nicest guy I've ever met. He made me breakfast in bed and we're going on our first date already. I could never ask for a better guy than Mitch.
"Why do you have feelings for me? There are other girls out there that are way better than me, so why me? Oh, and yes I noticed you liked me." I say to Mitch, I hope he doesn't make things more awkward than they are already.
"Oh...well I have feelings for you because you're not like other girls. All the other girls aren't interested in me because of my 'gaming addiction' as they call it. You're such a perfect girl Ashley." Mitch says, this day just keeps getting so much better and better! "Oh, and how did you figure out I had feelings for you?" He asked.
"I overheard you and Jerome talking about me the first day I had arrived." I tell him while smiling. Some how I can't stop smiling when he's around me.
"Oh yeah, that...um...I'll be right back..." He told me. Why did he leave? Shit Ashley, you just drove one of the perfect guys away, I think to myself.
~Mitch's POV~
I don't think I can do this anymore, I think to myself as I go into the restroom. She knows I like her. Oh gosh, why did she have to know I like her? I have too many questions on my mind. I hear a knock on the door, "You ok Mitch?", It's Ashley.
"Yeah, I'll be right out!" I yell back to Ashley.
"Ok, I just wanted to talk to you. I can wait, I was going to ask if you wanted to record with me, we never have and I thought it would be kinda fun. Plus I didn't upload yesterday and I felt that it would be funner with you. Don't you think?" Ashley asks me. This is why she's the perfect girl.
