Five minutes later, I stood up. It's time, I thought, preparing myself. I began to walk back to the house, trying to brace myself and running plans through my head at the same time. I couldn't shake the feeling that there was something Adam and I had forgotten.
I walked up to the door, tensing. I didn't know how I was going to pull this off. I held my breath, then knocked. I hoped Adam would make it to the door first.
“Hello?” Ty asked, opening the door.
“Hi! I'm Mitch's sister,” I responded chirpily, swallowing my fear and anxiety. Ty tilted his head to the side.
“Are you here to see him?” He asked, confused. I forced my eyebrows together.
“No, I came for a visit. Didn't he tell you?” I asked, lacing my voice with matching confusion. Ty shook his head, still bewildered. Then I heard his phone ding. He looked down, then back up at me.
“Go ahead.” I gestured toward his pocket. He nodded in thanks and reached for his phone. It took about five seconds for him to realize that it was from me- well, Mitch.
“Oh. He just texted me about you,” he responded. “Come on in, I guess. What's your name?”
My breath caught in my throat, causing me to cough. I knew we'd forgotten something.
“Cat,” I responded on instinct. Cat? Really, Mitch? I didn't mind the name, but it wasn't usually my first idea when I thought “girl's name,” and I didn't want a suspicious name.
“Cat? Is that a nickname?” Ty asked, curiously.
“No. Well, yeah. No.” I said, trying not to fumble over my words.
“Uhh, what?” He asked, starting towards the kitchen. I followed him.
“It's not. Not a nickname. My parents wanted my name to be Cat, not Catherine, but I thought it was embarrassing, so sometimes I tell people it is a nickname,” I finished. Ty nodded thoughtfully.
“Well I don't think it's embarrassing. Don't worry about it,” he said, shooting me a friendly smile. I grinned back at him.
The scene in the kitchen was a hilarious one. Everyone was completely soaked in water, laughing. I turned to Ty.
“How'd you avoid this?” He was the only one not drenched.
“I stayed out of the way of Adam,” He responded. “He went a little insane. He told us all to come outside, then he pushed Jerome in the pool.” I laughed.
“Nice.”
Ty turned back towards the laughing boys in the kitchen.
“Hey, guys, this is Cat, Mitch's sister.”
They all turned their heads towards us. If I didn't know them so well, I probably would've been embarrassed. I waved, grinning.
“Just so you guys know, I'm gonna know way more about you than you expect. Mitch pretty much tells me everything. So... You know, don't get freaked out by how much I know.”
I glanced at Adam. He nodded back at me, but I seemed to be the only one who noticed.
Jerome laughed.
“I bet you're full of it. I bet you don't know that much.”
I smirked at him.
“Oh, I do, Biggums. Just accept it, and don't question it.”
Jerome looked at me, like he was evaluating me.
“How come Mitch has never told us about you?”
I blinked.
“He was kind of embarrassed by how much he tells me, so he just kept me a secret. Today was when he wanted me to meet you guys with him, but then he scheduled a trip out of here yesterday. I told him I'd be fine coming to meet you guys without him here.”
Jerome stared at me, obviously not believing me.

So. Ryan's part of Team Crafted now. I can't say I'm excited, but, you know. I love Team Crafted, and although someone I'm not fond of is now a part of it, hopefully it won't affect the experience too much. Now, if Ryan starts doing Hunger Games with Jerome, and Mitch and Jerome won't record anymore, that's something I'm going to be pissed at. But don't go scream at him for "replacing Seto" or anything- it's perfectly reasonable for him to be a part of TC. They record with him a lot. I just don't think he's a good fit with them.
Anyway.
Just because I'm an awful person, I'm going to add him into the story, and he's not gonna have the best role. But that's my personal way of taking out my thoughts on him joining. I know. It's extremely hypocritical, but... It's better than tweeting him hate, I guess.
I hope you enjoyed this chapter. A comment is always appreciated! I love reading them and interacting with you guys! <3
