Avi was still confused, he wanted to be with kirstin but also he knew she was his drug, Avi got the taste and he was addicted.

He walked home that day from school thinking about a certain girl, in leather, studs and heels with an amazing smile that made him feel warm.

So why did he feel so hurt?

Avi walked into his house, passing his mother who was sat in the kitchen doing some paperwork. He quickly walked passed the doorway.

"Avi..come back" she said as he slowly walked back.

"Yea"

"Look what I said last night, I -"

"I know you didn't mean it, I'm just gonna go got homework" Avi spoke as he gave a small smile to his mum and walked up the stairs to his room.

They both sat in their rooms, thinking about each other and what they done wrong.

That's the thing they did nothing.

Just some misunderstanding, Avi looked at his phone debating if he should call or text her until his fingers started to move on his own.

A- hey, look what I said I didn't mean it and I'm sorry

K- ok

A- really you're gonna give me this?

K- well what do you want me to say 'it's ok don't worry about it'

A- well yea I mean I know I was hard on you but I'm sorry...

K- oh now you're sorry?!...

K- if you're really sorry then meet me outside my window tonight, if you don't show then I know.

That was the last message she sent to Avi as he started down at his phone, he was a cross roads.

He grabbed his jacket as he ran down the stairs before getting caught by his mother, "honey where are you going?" she asked walking out of the living room.

"I'm gonna go study at Kevin's.." he replied trying to make it more believable.

"Isn't it a little late? To go study" she questioned

"Yea..but Kevin really needs help on this project and I promised him I-"

"Say no more just not too late..ok?" she said as Avi couldn't believe she let him go, so he thanked her and ran out of the door.

Kirstin sat by her window every now and again, she was just about to give up when a pebble was thrown at her window.

She looked down to see Avi, he smiled back at her as she quickly ran down from her room.

Kirstin came outside as she ran and grabbed Avi into a hug "you do care!" she said in Avi's neck as he laughed, putting her back down they looked at each other.

"I'm so sorry I'm still new at this being bad thing and I guess I'm scared" Avi spoke.

"And I will be there for the ride, first thing is that you gotta stop caring what your parents think, yes I know it's scary but you gotta live your life" Kirstin said as Avi started to feel this new confidence inside him when he looked at her.

Maybe today was the day that Avi Kaplan stood up to this parents and lived his life.

And he had the best person with him.

"Hello?"

"Yes Kevin is Avi with you?"

"Hello Mrs Kaplan and no he's not, why do you ask?"

"Oh dear he told me that he was studying with you tonight do you have any guess where he might be?"

"I'm not sure but if I find out anything I will be sure to tell you"

"Thank you"

"Goodbye"

Kevin shook his head, 'Avi what are you doing'
