Lenia's POV

I watched as Dante got off the horse and walked to a small Creek, I guess he had got a little hot I seen him dip his hand in the water and rub the water across his face and the back of his neck, he slowly walked back to the horse and got back on it, Arielle held on to him like her life depended on it, we continued to ride toward who knew where, we have been riding for hours and the sun was starting to disappear

Dante: we make camp here tonight

He got off the horse and helped Arielle down, she held the horse while Dante took the saddle off, I got down and took the saddle off of the other horse, Arielle grabbed it and led it to a old tree that was leaning near the water and tied them to a limb that was touching the water, it gave me the chance to talk to Dante

Lenia: so Dante, what is Arielle's story and why does she need protecting?

Dante: she watched her father get beheaded by an evil sorcerer that took command of her kingdom and burned it to the ground

Lenia: and she needs protecting because?

Dante: because her father was the king

Lenia: well that explains the fancy clothes, I would make her ditch the clothes just in case this evil sorcerer sends people to look for her

Dante: good thinking Lenia I will have her do that just as soon as we find clothes for her to wear

Lenia: how did she escape her castle?

Dante: I did as soon as I seen her father get killed

Lenia: and your love for her is stronger than before

Dante: how did you-

Lenia: I can read people and don't worry I won't say anything to her about your secret

Dante: thanks Lenia

I went and got what wood I could find and helped Dante make a fire, he watched as Arielle cooled the horses off, I made a place for me to sleep and he did the same, Arielle walked back over and sat beside Dante after she tied the horses back up

Dante: I bet they feel so much better

Arielle: yeah I'm sure they do, so where are you going to sleep?

Dante: I thought I would let you sleep and I would stay up and watch over you tonight

Arielle: you need your rest Dante

He laid down on the blanket and she rested her head on his arm they both fell asleep while I stayed up and kept watch, I heard something off in the distance growling I stood up trying to find where it was coming from but didn't see anything, I seen Dante's eye open and he got up slowly and walked to the water, I didn't say anything to him but when he got there I thought I seen a red glow surrounding him and watched him faint after it went away, I woke Arielle up and told her and she went over to him and we carried him back to where the fire was, she picked his head up and laid it on her leg while she took care of him, he woke up shortly after we got him back near the fire

Arielle: hey there, how are you feeling?

Dante: what happened?

Lenia: you fainted

He didn't say anything he just looked at Arielle, she stroked his cheeks and forehead with water

Dante: how long was out?

Lenia: maybe an hour or two

Dante: we need to keep riding

He stood up, grabbed the saddle and started walking toward the horse, after the saddles were on the horses he helped Arielle on his horse as I climbed up on mine, he walked while he held on to the reigns on the horse, I seen the outlines of a city, after we got there Arielle and Dante went to speak with the king while I looked around in the market
