This story is going to be hella long so get ready!!!!

"So, do you think we can meet up? I'd really like to see you in person," Tyler says, breaking you from your thoughts. "I mean, I think we'd have a good time. We can just grab some coffee, or something."

"That sounds great," you reply. "I'm free in a few hours. Do you want to meet at that coffee shop downtown at five?"
"Yeah, sure," he replies. "I'd love to. See you then." You hang up, looking down to see the call lasted for an hour and a half; you smiled wider thinking about how easy it was to talk to him.

You stand from your seat on your couch, walking to change out of your 'lounging around' clothes to get ready for a meeting you had set up with Josh. Just like with Tyler, you hadn't met with Josh face-to-face yet, but you were looking forward to it. As you're changing your clothes, your phone buzzes, and you see it's a text from Josh.
I'm on my way to the diner now. Should be there in about fifteen minutes. Can't wait to see you!

You grin, sending a text back to him letting him know that you're almost ready. Once you finally get dressed, you grab your bag and head out to begin your trek to the diner a few blocks away. For the walk, you put your headphones in, listening to some music to keep yourself preoccupied.

When you reached the diner, you could see Josh waiting inside; although you hadn't met him yet, you'd exchanged several pictures, and you recognize his blue hair through the window of the diner. Finding a slight pang of nerves when you finally see him, you push it to the side and enter the diner. He spots you almost immediately, a grin spreading over his mouth as he stands from the table to greet you.

"Hey," he says, rubbing his hands on the sides of his jeans. You can tell he's just as nervous as you are, which does a lot to ease your nerves. "Wow, it's great to finally meet you."

"Yeah, definitely," you reply, with a laugh. Josh stands awkwardly in front of you for a moment, as if he's unsure what to do, so you hold your arms out, inviting him in for a hug.

Josh appears to loosen up as he hugs you tightly; you bite your lip, enjoying the feeling of his strong arms around you. When the hug ends, you both slip into the booth, sitting across from one another; you toss your phone and headphones into your bag, before folding your hands in your lap and looking across the table at Josh. "So," you say, with a grin.

"So," he echoes.
"Are you nervous?" you ask. "Because when we talk on the phone, you don't seem like you're the kind of guy who would get nervous on a date."

"Well," he begins, setting his hands on the table as he keeps his eyes on you. "It's not just a date. You're the first girl I've ever met with on that website. To tell you the truth, I don't...I wasn't sure about doing this, but when I started talking to you, it seemed easy."

"Easy, huh?" you ask, quirking an eyebrow.

"Not that you seemed easy," he hurries. "I meant it was just simple to talk to you, I didn't feel like you were only after my money."

"Well, I am after your money, Joshua," you reply. "But let's not discuss finances, it's tacky." Josh laughs, which makes you chuckle as well. The waitress approaches your table and takes your order, before leaving you two alone once again.

"Why did you get on that site?" he asks.

"You're a beautiful girl, could probably have any guy you want."
