We caught Regina's limp body and carefully held it as she sobbed and gasped for air. Teresa and Alena had vanished with the baby girl into the other room and I could hear medical terms being spewed as they tried to stabilize her enough for her to meet her parents.

"She's okay my love, she's going to be okay." Robin repeated to his frantic wife, her nerves still shocked from the traumatic delivery of the baby girl. She shook her head at him and groaned in discomfort as the placenta became ready to be delivered.

"Someone collect the cord blood!" I yelled into the other room, listening to Alena rush in and collect the precious blood that would save my daughter's life. "Mm it hurts." Regina complained in between sobs, her trembling hand covering her face as she tried to comprehend the idea of more agony being inflicted onto her exhausted body. "The placenta is just being born, it's okay mom, just do a tiny push then start coughing." Alena instructed, her voice trembling as she gripped her mother's knees to steady herself. Regina followed the instructions, but the crying didn't cease even after the teenager discarded the placenta.

"You did a wonderful job, it was amazing." I encouraged, taking her hand as she laid back and continued to cry, all of us sitting in silence until we heard the door open then slam.

"I have the vile of potion. Hopefully it works." Eliza spat bitterly at all of us, keeping baby Robin positioned on her hip as she tossed the glass vile towards us, disregarding the sleeping baby in the crib.

"What's wrong?" I asked immediately, knowing her hostility was never without good reason, but her glare she shot told me that now was not a good time to answer that question.

"Ow, something hurts." Regina complained as we held her tightly in our grip, Robin blinked and glanced at me before turning his attention to his wife.

"What is it?" He asked nervously, Emma peeked up at the complaint and nudged her husband over to make sure everything was okay. "My stomach, and my- ow!" She cried, squeezing my arm now as she began to complain more. I swallowed and nodded at Robin before looking between her legs, which were now coated with blood and something else exiting her body.

"What the hell." I gasped under my breath, covering my mouth as I tried to wrap my head around what was happening.

"Alena. You have to fix this." I urged, knocking her out of her shock as she stared at her mother in horror. "I've only read about this in books! I've never practiced this!" She cried at me desperately, her mother now crying out in pain once more.

"Alena- her uterus is coming out of her, you need to fix it or she could die." I said sternly, watching as the stress built up in her chest, scaring her half to death.

"TERESA!" She screamed, now panicking as she slipped gloves onto her trembling hands. "SHE IS GOING TO DIE!" Robin cried, causing the infant in the crib to burst into a fit of wails, distracting the teenager more.

"Shut up!" Eliza spat at Robin, setting the baby down in Emma's lap before rushing to our side, moving between Regina'a legs and gasping in horror.

"You have to get it together and put her uterus back where it belongs, now!" Eliza cried, but she just stared at her with shaken eyes, now in tears.

"Okay the baby is okay, what's going on- woah." Teresa muttered amidst the chaos, rushing towards Regina and gasping as well.

"Alena! Why didn't you do something!" She grumbled, her composure now slipping as the stress piled on top of her shoulders.
