"Oliver Liam Jones." I said proudly as I looked down at my grandson who Emma now softly rocked. The baby boy was a solid five pounds, which Teresa had promised was healthy, making me relax slightly after his stressful delivery into the world.

"Isn't five pounds too small?" Regina asked worriedly, rocking back and forth while groaning in front of a chair, her knuckles turning white as she gripped the wood. "It's a solid weight for twins, especially since his little sister is also in there, they both add up to about ten or eleven pounds. So they're fine, he looks and sounds healthy so I'm not worried." She explained, getting up and wandering towards Regina who was now leaning back into her nervous husband.

"It hurts, my back is killing me." She moaned as a contraction slowly faded. I watched as her husband mindlessly began to massage her back, however, missing the areas that were truly paining her.

"Robin!" She whimpered, her back pain increasing as another contraction slowly introduced itself to her weary body. "Try right here." I helped, digging my fist into her lower back where the muscles were usually the worst. She gasped at the instant relief from her aching back, allowing her to focus on the gradual pain growing in her stomach.

"Oh god." She moaned, her entire body going rigid as her face tightened and she immediately clamped down on our hands. "Try and breathe." I reminded, but her stamina was quickly draining, and I couldn't blame her, I could barely stay awake after Neal was born, and the idea of doing it again was not even comprehensive for me.

"I know you're tired honey, just try and breathe to relax your body as much as possible." I reminded, but she shook her head, disagreeing with me as she turned and leaned her forehead into my chest, her grip cutting the circulation in my arms off as an intense contraction started to build, immensely.

"Ohhh! Hooo- fuck!" She cried, swaying back and forth while holding my arms in a death lock, her voice growing hoarse with each second she screamed. "I know-."

"SAY I KNOW ONE MORE TIME- I DARE YOU! WE GET IT! YOU'VE DONE THIS BEFORE AND IT PROBABLY WENT SWIMMINGLY FOR YOU- PROBABLY BECAUSE AFTER THE BABY WAS BORN YOU GOT TO SLEEP, OR EAT, OR NOT PUSH ANOTHER BABY OUT OF YOUR LADY BITS AGAIN! BUT UNLIKE YOU I HAVE TO DO THIS ALL AGAIN AND DEAL WITH SOME CRAZY PAIN ALONG WITH MY VAJ THAT IS CRAZY SORE! SO YOU ACTUALLY DON'T KNOW!" She spat, catching me off guard as I listened to her words which were laced with so much hostility and venom.

I tried not to take offense, but I knew she would only get worse if I remained silent on the matter. She released my grip and realized what she had done once the pain subsided for a couple seconds, causing her to turn her back from me and weep shamefully.

"Hey, Regina." I said calmly, realizing that yelling at her would get us nowhere. She sniffled and covered her face with one hand, the other clutching the chair as another strong surge began to invade her body, causing her breath to catch.

"Please, help me." She whispered, her voice almost inaudible as her body began to tremble from the pain and her tears. I couldn't help but feel compassion as her frightened brown eyes stared me through, guilt lacing her expression.

"Of course." I answered, reaching my left arm across her back to clutch her hand, leaning her back into it while the other hand gripped the available one. "I'm sorry I yelled- ah! Gahhh!!" She tried, immediately getting cut off by the unbearable agony.

"It's okay, I'm here to help." I reminded, getting a reassured nod from her as she tried to sit back into me, the pain clearly making it difficult for her to stand on her own.
