"Wait.. what's your name?"

"Brandon Flynn.

"What was your brothers name?.."

"James Flynn."
My jaw drops.

"J-James?"

"Uh. Yea. But anyways, back to work."

"Josh talks about james all the time.."

"Josh?"

"James?"

"Josh?"

"James?"
We both laugh.

"Well since you knew my brother consider it free."

"Nope. I am prepared to pay."

"So you want it to look like our old treehouse?"

"Apparently. How close were you with Josh?"

"Well I mean we would hangout sometimes but when james died it hit us all like a train and apparently he went crazy."

"He isn't that bad. And I have some news.."

"What is it?"

"Josh jumped off a bridge."

"WHAT??! OH GOD. I'M SO SORRY. IS HE ALIVE? IS H-"

"He's alive and doing fine. He's in the hospital."

"Can i.. see him?"

"Yes. But first follow me."
I hop into my car and he hops into his. I drive to the forest. We both get out of our cars.

"Well come on, Brandon."

"If you say so."
I walk into the forest and down to my pond. It isn't really mine but it's special to me.. i look up and point to a big tree right next to the pond.

"B, do you think we can put it around here?"

"Yea. Sure."
He pats my shoulder.

"When do we start?"

"Tomorrow."

"Why not now?"

"Well sassy, I wanna see Josh and I also need all my supplies."

"Fine."
I grab his hand and he starts to blush. I quickly drop it. I start blushing as well. We walk back to the cars.

"Follow me, brandon."

"Will do."
I hop in my car and speed away. He catches up.
I roll my window down.

"Try to catch me now, loser!"

"Loser?"

"Oh. I don't know. Just try me."

"If you say so." He winks and we speed off. Luckily I beat him. Probably cause he had no idea what hospital it was, but still. I won. He smiles and steps out of his car. I pat him on the back.

"Good job! But I still won."

"Aw Ty.. don't rub it in.."

"Nanananabooboo!!"

"Who says that anymore?"

"Me."

"And my niece."

"Wow. Well let's go inside."
We walk inside and check in. We walk upstairs and walk into Josh's room.

"AHHHHHHH!!!!!"
I walked in in the middle of a surgery. They were doing something to his chest. But Brandon covered my eyes.

"B: Let's go Tyler."

"A: tyler who is this?"

"T: Brandon."

"A: but who?"

"T: my best friend." Brandon turns back still covering my eyes and walks out. He shuts the door.

"You're fine to look now." I open my eyes.

"Thanks."

"Can i stop by and see hin later?"

"Yea. Hopefully when they aren't doing surgery."

"Sounds good to me."
I laugh.

"Hey Brandon, wanna go get some icecream?"

"I don't know if I have time.. sorry tyler. Maybe another time."

"oh. ok."

"Thanks Tyler."
He kisses me on my cheek and runs away.

I text him Dylans song.
Hopefully he'll become dylans fan too.

Brandon the hot teas POV

I check my phone. It's Tyler. I click the link and play the song. It's good.

"Wow really?"

"He's really good."

I can't believe i gave Tyler a kiss though. Legit. I just met him today. He just has a very calm and welcoming energy. It makes you wish you could hold him in your arms forever. But I think he has something going with Josh so I need to back off.
