i normally love the rain

i can't help but want to sleep next to you.
especially on nights like this,
when it rains it gets hard,
and i love the rain,
but that means i can't see the stars,
and the stars in the sky remind me,
that we aren't so far apart,
because we are staring up at the same constellations,
no matter how far away,
are hearts may be.
