Betrayed by the leaders words

When I heard Dr. Lingaurd saying I can get him back I was relived. We, including Lily, walked out of the building with guards at our side.

As we walked I looked dead at the gate, not talking nor looking around just couldn't wait to see AJ. By the time we got to the gate, the sun was setting. It didn't phase us we have cars and we can get home safe and fast.

We were approaching the large gate and waited for AJ but he never came. If he doesn't show up I'm gonna-

"Sorry but we can't let you leave, nor with the kid. We have to send you to the quarantine area. You will stay there until further notice." a male guard said.

"Like hell we will, this is bullshit." Carl said.

"Why can't we just go and leave with the boy?" Rick asked sternly.

"That's not for me to answer, now MOVE IT!" the guard said as he and his comrades shoved and forced us to the quarantine area.

What the hell, they said they will bring him to the gate and will give him back. I can't believe this shit. I was so ready to get him back but I didn't realize how cruel these people were, it goes to show you could never trust those who you once did.

We arrived at quarantine and were put in a large cell.

"Hey what about me!? Don't I have a say in this I'm one of you!" Lily yelled in anger as she struggled with the bars on the door.

"Again that's not for me to answer, now you can yell, scream, and bitch about this all you want but just wait till Joan gets here, she'll answer all your questions." the guard said.

"Hey what about David can he help us out?" Javier said as he went up to the door.

"What did I just say! You Better pipe down, do you want me to put a bullet in you, if not shut the hell up!" he yelled back and walked away.

"Fuck, how in the hell are we going to get out of this? Any ideas?" Michonne said.

"We could get out through that window and those bars look rusty it will snap right off." Carl said.

"Good idea but that glass will make an awful lot of noise" I said.

"We could look for something in this room to break the bars on the door like a big heavy tool and there are a shit load of lockers in here and then have someone unlock the door from the outside." Tripp said.

"No good I've been in here before the lockers are picked clean." I said.

"What about Ava she could come to our rescue." Lily said.

"What are the chances of that?" Javier said.

"She should be with Joan right now but she wouldn't know we're here so she'll definitely help us and they should be here in a bit." I said.

"Great but we need to think about another way out if that plan doesn't work out." Rick said.

"Yeah and but in that case that does happen we'll go with Carl's plan even though its noisy it worth it." Michonne said.

"Good now all we have to do is wait and see what happens next." Tripp said as he sits on one of the benches.

We all got comfortable and waited on the 'oh so generous leader' Joan and hope for the best that Ava will be there. A few minutes later Joan came and opened the door with three guards with her but no sign of Ava. Just great.

"Well looks like your comfortable, maybe your willing to cooperate?" Joan said as she walked in the cell leaving the door open.

"Unless you tell me where AJ is." I said with a strict tone.

"Your still stubborn, oh how things never change." Joan said.

"Why did you betray us, betray me?" Lily asked.

"You knew Clementine before yes?, and you chose to go along with her and get caught up in her mess and that's what you get for doing so." Joan replied.

"Why did you put us in here?" Michonne asked.

"Well we can't have you escape and getting AJ back that would disturb the peace of this community." Joan answered.

"You didn't answer my question, where is he!?" I said out of rage.

"Well if you desperately must know, he isn't in Richmond, not anymore. I'm sorry to say this but I can't tell you where he is, you are going to have to ask David. He's responsible for him anyway." Joan said.

"Now if you don't mind, I need Lily to come with me, we need to have a chat." Joan said as she motioned her guards to force her to go with them.

She left and closing the door behind her.

"Ok well we better get a move on to Carl's plan." Javier said.

"But how are going to get up there to the window? And since there is nothing here I bet there ain't going to be a tool to break the glass." Tripp exclaimed.

"Well I can prove you wrong, there is a stool in the back of that accent wall and we can pull that pipe out from under the sink over there." I said as I pointed to the places where the objects were.

Javier was going to get the pipe while Jane got the stool. I stood up on the stool and got the pipe and broke the glass. Then I came down and Tripp was working on ripping the bars out.

The bars didn't budge but a few moments later someone came and pulled the bars right off from the outside. We looked towards the window and saw Ava and Lily.

We rushed to the window and they helped up out of the cell. Once we were out of the cell, Ava told us she'll help us get out of Richmond. And Lilly was going to come with us and Ava will get AJ and send him back to our community, back to me.

Hey guys sorry for the long wait I was getting over episode 4.
Give me your thoughts on that and tell me what you think what happened to Kate, did she die or she is injured yet again but alive?
I personally think she's alive I don't know why but I just think I feel bad for Javier.
