Clementine's POV

Here we go. Heading to a new life.

We follow Aaron to a house that has a woman outside on the porch. She rocks back and forth in her rocking chair. When we approached her her facial expression went strict but then softened.

"My, what a lovely sight of survivors we have here isn't it?" she said as she walked up to us with inviting eyes.

"We never had a big group of survivors found by Aaron here, great work Aaron." she said as she motioned us into her house.

"My name is Deanna Monroe and I'm happy to see that some good has came out of this world but answer this..... How do I know your not some kind of enemy towards this community?" she asked.

"Well for one we have kids, and we been through some losses and without Clementine, Molly, Javier, and Jane we would have been dead." Rick said in a confident tone.

"Hmm, step forward those people who have favored this man and his group." she commanded.

We did as she told and me, Molly, Javier, and Jane stepped forward to the front of her desk while I still had AJ in my arms. I looked at his face and he was sleeping peacefully while a smile was stuck on his face.

"These are the people so say your names then tell me something about yourself and how your feeling right now." Deanna instructed.

"My name is Javier and I used to be in a community that was falling so I left and later on got saved by Clementine I would have been dead right now if it want for her so I'm glad to be here today." Javier said.

"My name is Molly and I was part of Clem's group in the beginning of the outbreak then I left then also got saved by clementine, because Javier almost killed me in cold blood and I am confident that I will make it." Molly said.

"Um... My name is Jane and I was captured by a psycho named carver and later got saved by Clementine's group. Then Javier and Clem rescued me, Molly, and Rick's group from a community called Woodburry and I'm happy that I am alive with the people who care." Jane said.

Lastly me.

"My name is Clementine and I have been through a lot these past few years and I've learned that people are capable of such things and that your not a girl, boy, man, woman, smart, strong but I you are alive and that you are smarter and faster than what lies beyond those walls." I started.

"If I hadn't been found I would have been dead in a treehouse with no one but myself. I was pretty young when all this started and now I  know how to survive on my own of course with the help of people who care about me and humanity and I'm glad to be here with people who I know will do the same" I explained as strongly as I could with the memory of the past.

"Wow you guys have been through a lot but when you met this little girl here all of your lives wouldn't be possible and I thank this young woman for saving the lives of survivors." she said as she got up from her desk and shook my hand.

"Now what about you guys I assume your Rick's group." she said.

"Yes ma'am we are his group but also them too." Carol said.

"Okay well introduce yourselves." she said.

The group did what they asked while me and AJ sat in a chair. AJ is growing up fast but I still can't get a peep out of him. I guess he stays quiet when he needs to be like i taught him but he may not know that he can talk now.

Eh, he'll talk soon I just should give him some days to adjust to talking.

The group was done and Aaron showed us some homes that we can stay in.

Michonne, Carl, Judith, and Rick stayed in a white two story house.

Me, AJ, Molly, Javier, and Jane stayed in a light blue two story house across from Rick's house.

Daryl and Carol stayed in one with Rosita and Sasha.

Maggie and Glenn stayed three houses away from Daryl and Carol's house.

While Abraham stayed in a one story house by himself.

This is our life now and we earned it. Now I think we can make it through this world.
