It was a cold night and I forgot my jacket so the only clothing I had on was tights,a leotard, shorts, sneakers and my sweatshirt. I shivered. The bus would be coming but I knew I would freeze. If I kept moving I wouldn't be as cold, so I'll walk home.
I began my trek home at a very determined pace.
A car pulled up beside me and the window rolled down.

"Get in"
My blood boiled at the sound of that voice. The voice was none other than Jung Hoseok. My head snapped in his direction.

"No" I said and kept walking.

"You're going to get sick if you keep walking. We live in the same building, just let me drive you" he said, with a smirk on his face.
"Why would I want to be seen with you?" I snapped.
I hated him. He was my opposite. He was loud, wild, undisciplined, and most of all a street dancer. My parents told me to stay away from them, that they were hooligans. It was only further reinforced at the dance studio where we were forbidden to street dance. I grew to hate Jung Hoseok. He hated me too. We fought all the time and he was constantly teasing me. We were like oil and water.
"If you get sick you won't be able to dance in the showcase twinkle toes" he said, winking at me.

I rolled my eyes.
"Fine," I muttered.

With that, I got in the car and didn't look at him at all.
I was grateful to be out of the cold, even if it was in a cramped car with Jung Hoseok.
He was talking and I wasn't listening. I never did. He was the bane of my existence. I told him my address and he put it in his gps and followed the directions. I got out of the car and ran into my home. I was free. After I had showered and done my nightly routine, I got a text.
-Did you get home safe?-Hoseok-

-How did you get my number?! -

-I asked my sister-

-Sister?-

-You dance with her.-

-Who?-

-Jung Haru (I made up a name because I can't remember his real sisters name)-

-Oh.
Also you drove me home you know I'm safe. So what do you want?-

I had no time for shenanigans so I cut to the chase.

-you owe me for the car ride-

I rolled my eyes. He can't be serious.

-name a price , I'll pay you-

-I don't need your money bunhead-

-what do you want then?-

-teach me ballet-

He can't be serious.

-lololololol-

-it's not funny-

-you're serious?-

-yep-

-fine, I'm free in the morning from 6am-7:30-

-so before school-

-yup-

-see you tomorrow :)-

-JUNG HOSEOK I DID NOT SAY WE WOULD START TOMORROW!!!-

-ARE YOU IGNORING-

-YOU ARE A FLIPPING IDIOT-

I threw my phone on my bed, because it's expensive and I don't have money to get it fixed or replaced. I hated him. But I'll teach him.
The next morning I was up and dressed, ready to teach Hoseok.

I waited 30 minutes before he showed up and I scolded him for it. He shrugged it off.
I did a dance combo
"You try now"
"What?!"
"I said try it. I need to know what level you are  so I don't teach you stuff you already know. You are a dancer after all" I said smirking. I knew his level, I just wanted to torture him. He tried doing what I did, but missed some moves. I corrected him. Once he got the moves I corrected his technique. He repeated the combination until it was 7:30.

"We're done here. See you tomorrow" I yelled, jogging away, and leaving a panting Hoseok behind.
That's how I became his informal ballet teacher. I started with fundamentals and kept building up from there. Hoseok caught on fast and when he was focused, he was less obnoxious and we kind of became friends.

Two months later it was the showcase. I danced a solo and nailed. I sashayed off stage only to see Hoseok, and his sister in coordinating outfits. They smiled at me and went out onto the stage, they danced and I saw all the hard work Hoseok had put in. The danced to TOP by Shinwa and it was a mix of ballet and hip hop. The dance was over too soon. They came off stage and I hugged Hoseok.
I cried tears of joy.
"Was it really that awful that you cried" he joked.
"No it was amazing!"
"Thank you twinkle toes" he said.
I had grown fond of the nickname.

"Thank you for honoring me with that dance"  I smiled

"So when am I teaching you hip hop?" He asked.
"Never"
"But it'll be so much fun!"
"Not gonna happen dude"
