"Didn't your parents tell you?" the doctor asked me, as I looked puzzled. I thought I was just here for yet another suicide attempt, yet I end up talking to the doctor about something totally different.
"Tell me what?" I asked, confused.
"Why you're so ill?" he said again. I thought it was because of the drugs I take, well that's what my parents said too. Then again, since when did they ever tell me the truth?
"No..." I trailed off, looking around the room not wanting to look at the doctor, feeling slightly embarassed.
Then came the words I never thought I'd never hear.
"Niall, you have cancer."
