Two days harbored about thirty rounds, which Jimin barely managed to keep up with.
On day two, Jungkook went pretty hard, taking Jimin to bed once and going pretty much the whole day.
Yet, when Jimin woke up on the third day, he stayed still for the purpose of feeling something off.
He was on his stomach, so he moved to sit up. That's when he noticed Jungkook gone and their laundry hamper raided, the dirty clothes all over the floor and some on the foot of the bed.
The Omega pulled himself from the covers and got up. He checked the bathroom, yet found no sign of Jungkook.
"Kookie?," the Omega softly called down the hallway.
There wasn't an answer so he made his way towards the stairs.
He went pass the hall closet and guest bathroom, yet Jae Hyuk's door was open, so he paused.
And when he looked inside, he found Jungkook curled into the front right corner of the room.
"Jungkook?," Jimin walked in cautiously, not sure if his alpha wanted company at the moment.
The bigger male lifted his head and Jimin almost broke down at the sight of his tears.
"Kookie," the omega moved over to him and fell next to him, "What's wrong? Are you hurt?"
"No," Jungkook shook his head.
Jimin wrapped his arms around his love's torso and pressed his nose into the taller's neck.
Jungkook turned his head, his cheek resting against Jimin's, "I want Jae Hyun."
"Is- Is it- Did your rut end?," Jimin asked in a small-voiced whisper.
"I don't know anymore, Jimin," Jungkook sighed and pressed his hands to his forehead, "I can't even control my own body anymore, the fuck kind of an alpha am I? Why are you still here?"
"Because I love you," Jimin pressed a kiss to Jung's neck and soothingly rubbed his back.
"Why?"
"Jungkook," the omega pulled his alpha closer draping his legs over Kook's thighs, "I love you, and there's a lot of reasons, so there won't be anything I can use to convince you. You don't think it's cute how you use orange juice on your Fruity Pebbles, but I do. You don't realize how much I appreciate you taking care of us. You don't seem to understand how I'm so grateful you saved me because-"
"Jimin," the alpha turned into the other male, burying his face in his omega's shoulder.
"Because who knows where I'd be if you hadn't."
"I'll always save you," Kook engulfed him in a hug, bringing Jimin to tears as well.
"I know," the smaller pressed a kiss to the other's shoulder, "I know Jungkookie, because you love us too."
"I do."
"That's all we need, okay? So don't cry. We don't need to cry. I'll go call Jin hyung and he can bring Jae home. I miss him too."
"Okay," Kook nodded, his hand finding comfort in Jimin's hair. It was soft, so he must've used conditioner sometime earlier this week.
"I love you Kookie," Jimin whispered, "I do, I really do."
"I know," the taller answered, "I love you too."
Jimin pulled back just enough to press a kiss to Jungkook's lips, then he buried himself in his alpha's arms.

"Is he any better?," Jin's brow furrowed as he handed Jae Hyun over to Jimin.
"I...We don't know. I think the mood swings the doctor mentioned might've kicked in."
"Why?"
"Well...this morning he was crying in Hyunnie's room, then we watched cartoons and he was perfectly happy. Then an adoption ad came on and he was in tears again."
"Oh," Jin smiled a little, but forced himself not to laugh.
"What is it?," Jimin raised his brow now, slowly swaying himself and Jae Hyun.
"Nothing," the older omega said, his smile increasing in size as he reached to grab Jae's hand, "Just...never seen Jungkook the way he is when you two are together."
"Completely stressed out?," Jimin frowned and looked to his pup, "Yeah, funny how we were fine when we only slept together."
"Hey," Jin stepped forward and placed his free hand to Jimin's cheek, "My first few years with Joon were rocky too, remember? And we argued when we moved in together, but things get better with time. And you two love each other. Any blind fool could see that."
A couple seconds later, Jimin smiled sadly and nodded, "Thanks hyung. Really, thank you...for everything."
"Aw, don't get sappy on me now," Jin pulled him into a light hug, mindful of the pup.
"What if...hyung, I'm scared his mood swings'll make him mad at Jae."
"It'll be okay. Want me to stay for a few hours? I can make dinner."
"Would you?," Jimin bit his lip in a pleading manner as they pulled apart.
"Of course," Jin smiled, "anything for my little brother."
"Thank you."
Jungkook trotted down the stairs, his eyes lighting up when he saw Jae Hyun.
Jimin turned and handed the pup over when Kook got close enough to take him.
He smiled at Jimin before walking around the couch and sitting down with Jae Hyung laying in his lap.
The oldest of them squeezed Jimin's arm and moved towards the kitchen, leaving the family to themselves.
The alpha's omega leaned over the back of the sofa and rest his chin on Jung's shoulder, smiling down at their pup.
"He's so cute," Jungkook traced his thumb over the little one's cheek.
"Mhm," Jimin agreed, "Jin's making dinner, is that okay?" Jimin's arms came forward, one arm snaking around Jung's shoulders as the other pushed a hand through the taller's hair.
"Yeah, that's fine. Is Namjoon coming?"
"Um...we could call him, if you want. But, if you're still on your rut, won't you get upset or...overprotective."
"Oh...right," Kook's face fell and in the next second he we sniffling.
"Kookie?"
"Jin hyung should go home," Jung's voice cracked and Jimin hopped over the back of the couch to sit next to him, "I...he-he should go be with Namjoon hyung, 'cause- 'cause they love each other and that's-"
"Shh," Jimin pulled his alpha's head to his chest, "It's okay, Kookie. Jin hyung can go be with Joon hyung if that's what you want."
"Yeah," the younger nodded, "They- I...I like them together."
Jimin let out a small laugh and Jae screeched, bringing his parents' attention back to him.
Jungkook smoothed his pup's hair down, drying up his tears as he made silly faces at the pup.
Jimin shoved his hand into his alpha's hair, smiling sadly as he watched his boys.
"I'm gonna go tell hyung he can go home, okay?," Jimin mumbled, afraid of speaking too loud; of upsetting his alpha again.
"Okay," Jungkook turned to him, smile bright, eyes red and nose runny.
But Jimin smiled back, because Jungkook always told him how much he liked his smile. Then he leaned forward and pressed a small kiss to Kook's lips before he slowly stood up, his hand falling from Jung's hair.
He crossed into the kitchen and stood beside Jin, who was cutting meat into cubes on the counter.
"Hey, he alright?"
"He wants you to go home so that you can be with Namjoon hyung," Jimin smiled, "He said he likes you two together."
Jin blushed slightly as he turned back to the meat, "Well, I've already started. And you need a break, Chim. So I'll make dinner enough for four and then take mine and Joon's home. Sound good?"
"If you're sure you don't mind," Jimin smiled, "I'd really appreciate it."
"It's fine, I was just gonna make beef fajitas since Jungkook likes those and I know he does."
"Yeah," Jimin giggled and bit his lip before hugging the taller, "Thanks again."
"Don't make me cry, I'm holding a knife," the older pouted.
The shorter giggled and pulled away, moving back out to Jungkook and Jae Hyun.
The alpha had shifted to lay on the couch, Jae Hyun laying between Jungkook's chest and the back of the sofa.
Kook was playing with the baby's hands again. He seemed to like to do that the best when he was laying with Jae.
Jimin took a seat on the floor behind his alpha, his hand resting on Kook's side as he pressed kisses to his neck.
"Jin hyung said he'd make us dinner then go home, alright?"
"Okay," Jungkook nodded, sounding a bit sleepy, "Jimin, we need a bigger couch."
"Why's that?"
"So me you and Jae can all lay together and watch dramas."
Jimin laughed and sat up on his knees, pressing kisses to his alpha's cheek, "Maybe in a few months we can go shopping and just...relax."
"I'd like that," Kook nodded, his voice vibrating against Jimin's lips.
Jae made a little noise, something that sounded like he agreed with his parents and Jimin laughed, "And what would you like mister?"
The omega reached over Jungkook and pet their pup's belly.
"We should get him some more stuffed animals," Kook placed his hand over his omega's.
"We can do that," Jimin nodded, looking back to his alpha and smiling.
"We...need a dragon. He doesn't have a dragon."
A small laugh from the omega prompted Jungkook to carefully roll to his back, making sure to give Jae space to wiggle.
Jimin's hand landed on his chest and he reached up to place his own hand on the smaller's cheek.
"Have you seen a dragon in any shops?"
"No, but there was one online," Kook smiled, "And it was cool so I already bought it."
Jimin rolled his eyes playfully then dipped down to press a kiss to Jungkook's cheek, "I love you."
"Love you too," Jungkook smiled, "And I've...noticed the mood swings. So I guess we're going back to the doctor, huh?"
"Yeah," Jimin smiled less brightly, "But just so we can see what we gotta do. 'Cause I'm, like, the smartest person in the world, I know, but," Jimin paused as his alpha giggled, letting his fingers move up and play with the other's bangs, "but I'm drawing a blank on this one and I need some help."
Jungkook nodded, "Well, I'll apologize in advance if I get annoying or scary or...out of control."
"You won't hurt us," the omega shook his head, "I trust you not to."
"But I'm sorry if I do. I just don't feel like myself anymore."
"And that's okay," Jimin nodded slightly, "We all have rough patches and this is one of yours."
"One of?," Kook whined.
"Yeah," Jimin giggled, "One of. It gets better, Kookie, I promise. One minute you're a whore the next you work at a coffee shop and meet the person you'll love for the rest of your life."
Kook dropped his smile, "Stop calling yourself a whore. It's not appealing unless it's role play."
The omega smiled and dropped his head, "Okay, I'll stop that if you promise to stop putting yourself down."
"I'm not-"
"You were this morning, and I don't like when you can only focus on what you see as flaws. They don't matter because I love you and everything you bring with you."
Jungkook brought his hands to his chest and picked at his nails, then muttered, "Even the way I eat my Fruity Pebbles?"
"Especially the way you eat your Fruity Pebbles," Jimin smiled, pressing a short kiss to the other's lips.
Jae squealed, but Jimin couldn't pry his eyes off Jungkook.
"What's hyung making?," Kook asked suddenly.
"Beef fajitas."
"It smells really good," the younger laughed out, "I hope Jae'll like meat when he can start chewing."
"Why, so you can corrupt him with your odd recipes?"
"Yeah, I mean, who else am I gonna get to eat chicken with steak sauce or yogurt as a sour cream substitution?"
"Not me," Jimin smiled and shook his head.
"Exactly, so Jae's gotta help me spread the love," Kook reached across his torso and rubbed his thumb over his pup's nose.
"I guess he can. But if you make our baby sick, I'm gonna thump you."
"Aw."
Jimin giggled and pressed a kiss to Jungkook's forehead.
