Chapter 23

"Mmmm that feels good. How did you learn how to do that?" I ask feeling Alexander rubbed my sore feet. When we finally got back from the mall I was too tired to move. After a well needed nap, Alexander and I are now laying in his bed while he rubs my feet back to life. "Well I had to be able to take care of my mate." he said with a wink. God this man is so sexy it should be illegal. I just laugh at his response and close my eyes enjoying the way he is papering me. I really do feel like the most special women in the world when I'm around him. I never thought having a mate would be like this. I saw how other mates interacted but never knew that complete love that you felt around them.

"So you never told me how the shopping trip went? You all just looked like zombies when you walked through that door." Alexander said chuckling. "Sure sure. Keep laughing at my pain. Next time you go with Skylar and leave me out of it." I say tiredly. "Hmm. But then I wouldn't get to do this for you. And you did get a lot of cloths and stuff you needed so it can't be that bad." He replies. I shrug my shoulders not bothering to reply. It was fun and I now can say I went shopping with my friends, but it was so long and hard that I'm just too tired. "Skyler can go a bit over board when it comes to shopping. I could barely keep up with her dashing from one store to the next. She is fast no wonder she always snuck out of the pack without any one catching her." I could feel him tense at that. Ha looks like I finally got to him. He then turns to look at me with a masculine smirk that tells me I'm in trouble. I try to pull my foot away to run but his hand has an iron grip on it but still gentle. "Your not getting away that easily mate." Alexander grows playfully at the end.  I giggle and try to move away but he pins me to the bed with in muscular body. He slides one hand to my waist and the other brushes the hair from my face. I look up at his well chiseled face and his eye which should be illegal. They are dark and can go from ice cold to molten lava. I find myself falling into the spell he is casting with his eyes. He looks at me with pure love and hunger like I'm the only woman who could ever satisfy him. I feel myself melting into him and my heart does a strange flip. He slowly leans down and captures my lips with his. He lets the hunger and love show in the kiss. If I was standing, I would have surely fallen in a heap on the floor. He starts kissing his way to my neck and lightly kisses my marks which sends lightning bolt of fire throughout my body. Alexander then just nuzzles my neck while holding me to his strong muscular chest. "Have I told you resent it that I love you more than life itself." He says my nuzzling my neck. My arms on their own accord wrap around his neck holding him tight to me. "I love you just as much Alexander. Thank you for saving from being so alone. I know I had my aunt and uncle but I always felt so alone. You made me feel like I have a place where I belong and am loved." I say kissing his jaw content to just lay there and hold him to me.

After cuddling for a long time, we finally get up and dressed. We go down stairs hand in hand. "So what is on the big bad Alpha's to do list today?" Yep I like to pick on him because if I don't who will. I hear a growl and the with graceful ease, Alexander throws me over his shoulder and I hear a loud slap. "Oh no he didn't just do what I think he did." Oh he got Rossana mad, this isn't going to turn out well....for him. "Did you just slap my ass? What are you a caveman. I know your part wild but sheesh." I say while trying to wiggle out of his hold. He just tightens his hold and slaps my butt again. "Ow! Stop that it hurts." Still trying to wiggle away but don't seem to work. "But I quiet like the view so nope. Don't think I'm going to stop." He says with a smirk. damn him and his oh so sexy smirk. If he wants to play that game then so be it. As he is walking to god knows where I do limp and just as he is about to slap me ass again, I get him before he gets me. "Ow! Did you just bike my ass Aurora?" Alexander's face was priceless. He is totally stunned so I take that as my chance to escape. I some how manage to get off his shoulder but land on the floor on my butt. Ow! Why is my butt being abused today. I quickly stand up see that Alexander is finally over his shock. He turns me with a wicked smirk. "Run!" Yep I'm doomed. I turn around and run as fast as I can. This whole house is a maze and I don't know my way around yet so I just take random turns hoping that one will get me out side. I could hear his footsteps behind me. "Damn it! Try to find some where to hind. Maybe he will keep going and we can find a way out." Rosanna said obviously just as panicked as I was to get away from Alexander. He looked really annoyed when I ran. I quickly ducked into a random room.
I turned to observe the room. It was a theater room with big comfy lazy boy type chairs, ever game station there was and tons of movies. I ducked behind is the the chairs next to a pop corn Machine. I held my breath as I heard Alexander's feet slow down then stop near the door. "We are doomed!" I worry completely convinced I'm about to receive Alexander's revenge for the biting. He slowly starts going down the hall. I let a breath out and slump to the floor. I finally get myself together and make my way to the door. I slowly peak out to make sure the coast is clear. The hall was completely empty, so I slowly step out going the opposite direction as Alexander. I start running down the hall peaking over my shoulder to make sure he isn't there. I turn to look again when I suddenly run into something hard. I land on my butt hard. "Oh hell, it's so topical for me to run into a wall. F$€% that hurt." I mutter trying to get up. "That's not very lady like Aurora. Such dirty words shouldn't come out of that pretty mouth." I hear a deep voice come from the wall I hit. I look up and see I didn't run into a wall but Alexander's rock hard chest. Damn why does he have to be so muscular. I had the wind knocked out of me. Alexander leans down and picks me up like I weigh nothing. He then cradled me to his chest.
Coming out of my shock I realize he might be still upset about me butting him. "Alexander are you going to put me down?" I cross my fingers hoping. All I got was a growl. Damn I'm in for it. He takes me up stairs back to our room. He sets me down on feet but doesn't let go of me. He just stands there holding me tightly with his head in the crook of my neck. "Alexander?" I am completely confused. Instead of answering he just holds me tighter but still is gentle. "Aurora I would like to ask you something and you can say no if your not ready for it yet just please hear me out." He says into my neck. My mind immediately starts racing on what he could ask but I just nod not trusting my voice to work. He kisses my check then forehead tenderly. Alexander slowly lets go and stands back. I get a bit nervous watching him. "You have made me the happiest man alive just being here with me. I hope you know I love you more than anything aurora." My heart starts melting at his words. I just want to fling myself into his arms and kiss him but I hold back knowing he is trying to ask me something. "The more I have been around you the more I love you. You have a heart of gold, you are kind and loyal but feisty and tough. You are so beautiful it's almost blinding. And-" he starts to ramble when I can't help myself but give him a break. "Alexander please just ask me what you wanted to ask. You don't have to be nervous. You're my mate and I love you too. When I used to stay up dreaming about what my mate would be like, it was you. All of you that I wanted. Your tough, protective, kind and so much more. So please just ask me before I can't help myself and I come over there and kiss you senseless." I say blushing. Alexander is stunned at first then chuckles at me. "I have gotten to spend a lot of time with you but Lucien hasn't. He would really like to meat you." Alexander says rubbing his neck. I am puzzled for a second. "Who is Lucien?" I say completely confused. "Oh my wolf. I know Alpha wolves can be a bit over whelming at times but he would really like to talk to you if you don't mind." Alexander looks so cute with ha pleading eyes that I just can refuse him anything looking like that. I smile and walk to him. I put my arms around his neck and kiss him. A very short but sweet kiss. "I would love to meet Lucien. He is as much apart of you as my wolf is of me. I know my wolf would like to spend time with you too. I do think we should take it slowly since you never know what they will do but I would like to take this next step with you Alexander. You are my mate and I love you so much." He then smiles down at me and kisses me. He kisses me with urgency and passion. He then sweeps his tongue over my lip and I gladly let him in. His tongue explores every inch of my mouth.
We finally separate out of breath. We just stand in each other's arms enjoying this moment to the fullest. "Can I let Lucian out now!?" Alexander then trains kisses down my cheek to my neck. I somehow make a sound between yes and a moan. I hear him growl and nip at my neck with his teeth. "Hello mate." I hear a gruff voice say. It was sexy and deep, I wanted it to keep talking forever. I feel Alexander pull away from me and I blink up at him and realize it's but Alexander any more. His eyes are not a dark black with flecks of silver. "Lucian...?" I question still a little dazzled from the kiss. "Yes. I am Lucian, Alexander's wolf and your mate." He says with a smirk. An oh so sexy male smirk. I want to swoon but I resist. "It's nice to finally get to meet you... Lucian." I say trying to keep my head from spinning. He pulls me into his chest and growls. "I love the way you say my name Aurora." He all but purrs in my ear. I feel his check rumble with a growl. My legs go weak. Why do I have to be so weak when it comes to anything with my mate. I swear he could just look at me and I would turn to putty.
I feel Lucian lower his hand to my waist and the other into my hair. "You have the most beautiful hair I have ever seen aurora. I could run my hands through it all day." Damn his voice is making me all hot and bothered. He skipped bedroom voice and went straight to sex voice. He could say anything and it sound like pure hot sex. Ugh stupid mate and his stupid voice. "I like your voice." I mumble into his chest with my arms around him. I want to burry myself into him and never come out. Lucian growls and in one quick movement has me in his arms moving to the bed. I feel the silk sheets on my back. Lucian then gets on top of me but doesn't crush me with his weight. I look up into is eyes, his gorgeous black eyes. I feel like if I don't look away I will drown in them. "You are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen Aurora. And one day I hope you love me as much as Alexander." Pain flashes in Lucian's eyes. It breaks me in two seeing if only for a second. "I know I haven't been able to talk to you long but I know mate or not, you are supposed to be my other half and my wolf is to Alexander. I know I want to get to know you and will come to love you and I do Alexander. Please don't be sad Lucian." Hoping that will get that sad look out of his eyes. He then kisses me. This one was different than the ones with Alexander. It was rough and demanding yet not painful. He took control and plunged his tongue in my mouth not bothering to ask permission. I let a moan out without being able to stop. Lucian just growls in response and duals with my tongue and of course he wins. He then runs his hand down to my hips and then up to my ribs under my breast. He pulls away with both of us panting. "I have to stop or I won't later." He says between is teeth almost painfully. Well if the bulge pressed to my stomach is anything to go by, it probably is painful. "I understand Lucian. Just stay here with me for a little while. I want to be in your arms till you have to leave." Hoping he won't go just yet. He nods with quickly rolls us over with him on his back and me pressed to his front.
Some how I ended up dozing off because I wake up with someone messing with my hair. I look around still half asleep to find Alexander looking at me with this look. "How did you sleep beautiful?" I just mumble and nuzzle back into his chest. I feel his chuckle and kiss my head. "You made Lucian very happy. Thank you. I know he was worried that you wouldn't like him." I look up at that. "Why would he think that? Your wolf is apart of you like mine is. You kinda got to meet her but I know she would like to come out some times and meet you. I would love your wolf just like I love you. Granted I haven't got to talk to him a lot but he is great just like you." I get a bit fired up thinking Lucian is upset. "He knows that now my love. You made Lucian feel like you excepted him as a mate and for that in grateful." Alexander says then kisses me on the forehead. We ended up just cuddling and talking for the rest of the after noon. I learned that as a boy Alexander was a bit of a prankster and got into a lot of trouble. I got to hear all about his childhood and his dreams. It was nice. I told him about mine as well. I did have a nice one I guess till my parents shipped me off. Any time I would get upset about it, Alexander would just kiss me and say that I have him now. When we finally get up it's close to dinner time.
"Aurora I forgot to mention that a couple of people will be coming for dinner." Alexander says from the closet. I had just gotten out of the bathroom from taking shower. "Oh who is coming?" I say walking into the closet to stand next to him. He look at me as if distracted. I look down and realize in just in a towel with my hair still damp. Oh that would do it. "Alexander! Who is coming? Should I get dressed up or something?" I ask trying to get his attention. "Oh... uh... yeah. Erm. My uncle and his mate, his beta and a couple of the men from our pack. It a dinner we do to catch up ever month or so." He says not taking his eyes off the towel. I just roll my eyes and get to finding an outfit. I pick out and black dress with gold print,nude heals and silk panties. I walked to the bathroom feeling eyes on my back side. I purposely start to sway my hips. I hear a low growl behind me and couldn't stop the grin from showing. I got dress and started curling my hair. Once my hair was done in loose curls, I put on a light coat of mascara and lip gloss. Feeling like I'm good for a dinner, I leave the bathroom to see my mate in a suit. A man in a suit is always a nice sight to see. I could just look at him forever and not get bored. "Ready to go my love?" With a I know what your thinking smirk on his face. Yep he knows I was practically drooling looking at him. Ugh how humiliating. "Yes let's go." As I practically dash to the door. I just hear him chuckle and follow me. Damn him for being so confident and in control. I really need to get control of myself. I'm about to be in a room filled with most of his pack and his family. Oh I didn't think about that. I'll be meeting his family........ oh this is not good.
