A/N: Late update.

Cara.

The smell of fire shot my eyes open, and I quickly sat up. I felt fear wash over me, then I remembered why my surroundings were unfamiliar. I was in a tent, in the middle of the forest, I can be such a blonde sometimes. I looked over to my side, where Hayes was peacefully sleeping as soft snores left his mouth.

I sneakily crawled out of the tent, only to be greet by my parents and Hayes' parents. I sat down by a log that didn't have any ant nest, and waited for my mom to acknowledge my presence. She was engulfed in some conversation about a new store, I believe, that just opened in the mall.

Cameron and Nash came out after five minutes, they sat next to me, and waited for our parents to acknowledge us. That was when Sky and Will appeared, and everyone noticed we were there.

"So, apparently, it takes one five year old, and an eighteen year old, for us to noticeable," Nash said and took a bite from his sandwich.

"Apparently, yes," I replied, and took a bite out of mine, as well.

Hayes stumbled to us, taking a piece of sandwich a long the way. He started to munch on it just like everyone else. Two sandwiches and ten minutes later, I was already inside the tent getting ready for our hiking trip. I finished tying my combat boot's laces, and fixed my black shorts.

I know who wears shorts to a camping trip? The girl who didn't know she was going to hike was. That girl being me. I thought about borrowing some sweats from Hayes, but it would just be awkward.

I went out that tent like I owned it, and let's just say I was the laugh of the day. I connected my earphones with my computer, and tapped on shuffle. Classic from MKTO came on and I started to dance to it. This song is my jam, and I can't help it.

"Four dozen roses,

Anything for you to notice,

All the way to serenade you,

Doing it Sinatra style."

I sang to my favorite part to the song. I must admit; dancing while going up a mountain can be more tiring than it sounds. I was behind everyone else, Nash and Will being the first ones. Sky sat on Will's shoulders the entire hike.

"What are you listening to?" I heard Hayes ask behind me.

"MKTO," I replied and looked at him; he had a confused look on his face. "My favorite band?"

"Oh, right," He chimed, and I took my earbuds out of my ears, then put them in my back pocket.

"My legs are so sore," I mumbled.

"Mine are as well," He replied, and felt him take something out of my backpack. He brought my camera to my face, and said. "Want to film?"

"Sure," I said and turned it on. "Hi guys, I'm here once again with the one and only Hayes Grier."

I pointed at Hayes, and then he continued. "So, we are basically walking up a mountain right now, which also means an avalanche can happen any time now, and we could all die."

"You know there are probably five year olds watching this," I muttered, and nudged him in the ribs. "I'm going to have Hayes right here, tweet the hashtag #AskCayes for you to ask us questions. Hayes?"

"Already on it," He assured, and went on his phone.

Millions of replies started swimming in his notifications, and we were picking the best ones.
