Cara.
I felt my legs losing balance as I felt to the floor. My vision was already fading, but I could still make out the face.
"I never recall my name being Hayes."
Then everything went black.
I gasp for air, as I got the feeling that I haven't been breathing for a while now. Sweat is trickling down my face, which doesn't actually make sense, since I'm pretty sure the air conditioner works in Hayes's house.
My eyesight adjust to the darkness of the room, there is a small window in the back of me; which makes my shadow cast in front of me. I'm confused, I never remember turning the lights off, or that it only had one small window.
My mind tries to puzzle where we are, but nothing makes sense. Where could have he taken me? We don't have a place like this in our house, I mean the lake house is the only one with a panic room.
The lake house. There's only three people who know about this place. I once showed it to Hayes when we were hiding from our parents, my mom, and Cam.
My hands start to move as I try to escape from the rope tying them together. I'm scared, I know it couldn't be my mom the one that kidnapped me, so it had to be Cam.
My eyes started to water as the ropes started burning my wrists. I start to hear footsteps approaching the chair to where I'm tied at, and I try even harder to escape.
"Easy now, Cara," Cam said and gently stroke my cheek with a sharp knife.
He played with the knife; swinging it back and forth. He laughed at how he almost missed cutting my neck. He sauntered to me, and stood behind me. He yanked my hair back, and put the sharp blade against my neck.
"Cam," I choked out, as my crying hiccups started. "Please."
"There's no need to be scared," he chuckled. "I promise it'll be fast."
"Cam, you're my brother, please."
"Don't you think I'm aware of that?" he questioned, and let my hair go.
My head drops, and I didn't want to pull it up. I wanted to close my eyes and then open them to only find out this was a dream. That I was laying on the guest's bedroom bed, but even I know that it can't be true.
"Now," he began, "where do we start, arms or legs?"
Hayes.
"Stop tickling me," she giggled as I pinned her down to the floor.
"Not until you confess I was right," I demanded and continued tickling her sides.
"Hayes- Benjamin - Grier, pleas-s-e stop!" she shouted between giggles.
I knew how much she hated being tickled, so I made that her official punishment. Tears were streaming down her face, and I bet $20 she was about to piss herself.
I laughed along with her until I felt pain on my lower area. Little bitch had kicked me.
I dropped to my side, and pressed my hand against my crotch area, trying to stop the pain.
"Hayes!" she shouted, and then kneeled besides me. "I'm so so sorry."
"Nothing to worry about," I groaned and tried my best to fake smile.
"No you're not," she mumbled and laid in front of me, "but I know what can make it better."
She moved her head up, and her lips took on my mouth.
"Hayes! Get up!" Someone shouted, and threw a pillow at me.
I lift my head up and find Nash staring at me, "what?"
"We're going to Mrs. Dallas lake house," he said and threw some clothes at me.
I got up, and started to walk towards the bathroom when Nash said, "dude stop drooling."
I threw on the clothes that Nash gave me, and did my regular bathroom routine. That sounded so girly.
I walked out of my room, and knocked on Cara's door. The door remained close as no one opened it. What if she wasn't awake yet? Though, Cara isn't one to sleep too long, she's an early bird. I knocked again, but I didn't get a response, again.
"Cara?" I asked when I opened the door.
Everything was neatly organized, and some drawers were open. The bathroom light was turned on, and some stuff was laying on the floor.
She's probably downstairs already. I went down the steps and greeted the rest of the family, everyone except Cara.
By now I was beyond worried; where did Cara hide now?
"Mom where's Cara?" I asked while we were walking towards the car.
"She left a note saying she left with her mom," she said showing me the note, but later put it again on her pocket.
We all loaded the car, and started the thirty minute drive. I yawned as my vision blurred; it's too early. It's a thirty minute drive so I guess I'll take a thirty minute nap.

I kissed back with the same sweetness she did. How did I get so lucky? First I would have to thank Nash for becoming best friends with Cameron, then I owe it all to my flirting abilities.
She slowly pulled away, and did that sexy lip biting that girls do. I kept on looking at her, she was just too beautiful.
Not just on the outside, but on the inside too. You don't always find beautiful girls with good personalities, but I did, and I'm grateful for it.
There was a knock on my door, and Cara rushed to open it. I heard the creak of the door opening, but after that I heard silence.
"Cara, babe, who is it?" I asked and sat down.
Silence, absolute silence. You could even hear the piercing feedback of it.
I stood up, and walked towards the door, where I found the most unpleasant surprise. Jordan.

"Hayes we're here," I heard Nash shout.
I got out of the car, and started running to the house. Adrenaline rushed through my veins as my anxiety to see Cara grew bigger.
I opened the door expecting to see Cara's face, but instead I get an empty space. Everyone walked in, and I went to my mom.
"Mom can I see the note?" I asked her and she gave it from me.
I carefully read the note, and then it clicked.
"Mom this is not Cara's handwriting," I said and she stared at me confused. "Its Cameron's."
