****Liam's POV****

All I could do was stare at Niall as he told me what was wrong. I tried to sigh and not make it noticable, but Niall knew I didn't believe him.

"I'm not lying Liam! I'm not crazy! He's here! I just saw him! He threatened me! HE'S GOING TO HURT US!" Niall screamed, lunging forward and grasping my shoulders. I swallowed hard in fear as Niall began to break down. I was frozen in place, not knowing what to think. Had he taken some medication? Was he going through ANOTHER relapse?

"Listen Niall, there's no way he could've escaped! I'll schedule an appointment-" I began, but Niall let out a cry as he pushed me back and shook his head, grasping the roots of his hair.

"No! No! An appointment won't help! I'm not crazy Liam! Not this time! He's here and he's going to separate us and hurt us! Please Liam, you don't know the half of what he's capable of! We have to go! We have to leave...NOW!" Niall screamed, his eyes locked on mine. I took a deep breath, holding in my own cries as I stood up and pulled him into my arms.

"Come on my love, I want you to go take a nice, hot shower and clear your head. I need you to calm down," I whispered as Niall just continued to stare at me with tears falling brutally down his already raw cheeks. I brushed away his tears before leading him down the hall to the bathroom and taking him in.

"I'm right in the living room if you need me babe. Please just try and calm down," I whispered, running my fingers through his hair and gave him a gentle, loving kiss. I forced a slight smile and he just turned around and slowly shut the door. I sighed as I heard the water start and ran my hand through my hair. I took a deep breath as I grabbed my cell phone and dialed Kate's number, needing to tell someone what was going on before calling the therapist and deciding what to do.

"Well hello there stranger! Haven't heard from you since Niall finally got back to normal! How are you?!" Kate answered and I chuckled slightly, sitting on the couch and playing with the loose material.

"I was doing great, I'm actually calling you to talk about Niall," I said, feeling the choked up feeling return.

"Oh God..." was all Kate said and I broke down.

"I don't know what happened. He woke up this morning and was on the floor crying his eyes out and he's convinced he saw Zayn this morning," I blubbered and I heard Kate just sigh and chuckle in an annoyed sort of way.

"Liam, I know that you love him...but ever since we found out about him being in that gang it's been nothing but trouble!" Kate exclaimed and I closed my eyes, always thinking the same thing, but loving Niall too much to ever admit it to myself.

"I just don't know what to do! I'm going to call the therapist and see if there's anything else to do," I whispered, already knowing what Kate had in mind.

"You know what they're going to tell you Liam, and I think you need to seriously consider it! You don't have to break up with him or anything, but I think it's gotten worse and that he needs to get professional help," Kate spoke her mind and I bit my lip as I shook my head.

"I love him too much to make him go through that...he'd never forgive me for it either," I said quickly and Kate sighed loudly.

"If you love him, you'll get him help! And if he loves you, he'll understand! He's probably too delusional that he won't even know what's happening! Does he even know you anymore?" Kate asked and I closed my eyes, holding my head in my hands.

"Of course he does...he wants nothing more than to run away and elope. I mean...what if he's telling the truth? There's always a possibility-" I began, but Kate cut me off.

"No Liam, there's no way they could've gotten out! The cops said they were in the highest security! Listen Liam, come on...you can come stay with Jay and me-"

"No! I'm not doing that again and invading your life. I'm going to talk with the therapist and see what she suggests," I shot it down quickly, hoping the therapist had a simpler solution for me.

"Fine Liam, and when you finally decide to do the right thing, my door is open for you if you need me," Kate said, hanging up and leaving me at a loss. I slowly stood up and went down the hallway to find Niall in the bedroom, putting a shirt on and looking at me with puffy eyes.

"Come here," I whispered as I pulled him into my arms and held him tightly as he cried into my shoulder. All I could do was rub his back and hold him so he knew he was safe with me.

"You feel better?" I asked and I watched as Niall tried to put on a smile and pretend he was okay, but I knew Niall too well and saw beyond the act.

"Hungry?" I asked and he shrugged a bit and shook his head.

"I just want to lay down on the couch," he whispered and I nodded, taking his hand and leading him into the living room and letting him lie down on the couch.

"Need anything else?" I asked quietly as I brushed his hair out of his face and he just smirked at me as he patted the slight opening next to him. I raised my eyebrows in amusement as he pulled me down to lay with him.

"Much better," he breathed out, nuzzling his face into my neck and pressing kisses to it. I was beginning to think the shower had helped him clear his head, but every time I looked into his eyes, I saw the anxiety and fear still within them and I knew he was trying everything he could to hide how badly he wanted to break down. I cupped his face and gave him a kiss as he took a deep breath.

"I love you so entirely much," I whispered, resting my forehead against his and he closed his eyes and nodded with a slight smile.

"And I love you so entirely much more," he spoke with a shakiness to his voice. I kissed him and the only thoughts that ran through my head were the one's of me being alone after I had him sent to a mental hospital...
