****Zayn's POV****

I hadn't spoken to Harry in weeks, and I was beginning to think that he'd been relocated. It made me scared because Harry had had a way to get us out, and he never got to tell me, so I was stuck forever without ever being able to see that blonde angel again...

"Malik," my last name was called and I walked over to the large doors to have the window open and light pour into the room. I squinted at the officer as I heard the doors unlocking.

"You get to go outside today! Figured it was finally time to give you some fresh air after being coped up for a year huh?" he asked as he immediately locked my hands in handcuffs and he began dragging me down the hallways. It was strange to be seeing something other than the same engravings in the wall and to have something to do for once.

"You get ten minutes, don't try any funny business or you'll be back in there for life without another peek at sunlight," the cop huffed as he pushed me outside into a small looking courtyard, surrounded by electric fences and barbed wire, but I could actually see the sun, and grass, and clouds...it was truly breathtaking. I stumbled out at first, just taking it all in and breathing in something other than the cold, moldy wetness I was normally sitting in.

"Zayn," I heard Harry say and I spun around to see him sitting on the grass in a small patch of sunlight. I darted over and crashed on the ground by him where he greeted me with a smile.

"Where have you been?" I hissed and he shrugged as he lifted his hands and gestured to the courtyard where other inmates were enjoying the fresh air too.

"They've been letting me out and keeping me in a different cell. They found some sort of disease in my cell so it's being cleaned out...I'll be back soon," he said, patting my hand and I nodded as I seached his face, but found nothing to read.

"I know you've been waiting to know...did you find out if Louis is next to you yet?" he asked eagerly, but I shook my head.

"I saw him the other day," he breathed as he looked back to the secured doors with a window to give the inmates who weren't as fortunate a glance at the outside.

"His smile...it's the same," Harry smiled softly and I sighed, growing impatient, remembering I only had ten minutes.

"I'm going to break the toilet and plumbing. It'll cause a scene and I'll be let out again, after I'm out I'm going to have to knock the cop out with something so I can get the keys and get you and Lou out. It's risky, but I think it could work," he breathed and I just frowned, not understanding how in the world it would ever work.

"Since I've been let out, I've been trying to find the easiest route from our cells. There's a door at the opposite end of the hall and I think it's the closest thing we'll get to an exit," Harry said and I continued to just stare.

"Trust me," he whispered as he looked past me and I glanced at a guard who was walking over.

"You'll see him again soon and then we'll all finally have our happy ending," Harry said as he gently patted the top of my hands.

"Time's up Malik," the officer huffed as he lifted me up. I watched Harry as I left and I saw hope and life in his eyes. I thought his plan was absolutely absurd, but Harry hadn't failed before...so I was going to start doubting him now. I held eye contact with him until I was met by the same old sights again.

"Maybe next week you'll get fifteen minutes," the officer said softly as he released my hands and put me into my cell again. I looked out into the dimly lit hallway once more before he slammed the door and closed the tiny window so I was left again...alone.

****Niall's POV****

"It's nice," I shrugged as I walked around with Liam through the third flat. Liam had done a full 360 and was taking things to a whole new level. He wanted to upgrade to a newer flat so we could start fresh after marriage, but I honestly preferred the other flat. It was big enough for both of us and it was in fine condition, but if Liam wanted to look at new places, I wasn't going to fight him.

"You've said that about every flat we've been in so far," Liam sighed and I shrugged as I wrapped my arms around him tightly.

"I just don't get why you want to move," I sighed as I kissed his cheek. He squirmed around my grasp so we were facing each other and I raised my eyebrows in question.

"Don't you want to get out of that flat? I mean, we finally have this opportunity to upgrade out of that crappy little suburb and can move to a nice place," he whined and I rolled my eyes playfully as I gave him a gentle kiss.

"I didn't say we had to move today, we're just looking after all!" Liam exclaimed happily as he skipped through the rest of the house. I followed after him, but still didn't see the big hype of the house.

"Are you ready to go yet?" I asked softly, wanting to go eat something and go back to OUR flat. Liam looked a little hurt, but he sighed with a nod as he grabbed my hand and we headed out to the car.

"You want to go out and eat?" I asked and Liam shrugged as he turned into a fast food restaurant. Liam was quiet the entire time we ate lunch and I sighed.

"Oh Liam, I didn't mean to sound like I was uninterested in buying a flat, but I just...we've been through a lot and I mean we're still working on therapy...I mean we've gotten really far and these past few month's have been some of the best, but don't you think buying a new place will just be a little overwhelming and stressful?" I asked and Liam just shrugged as he took a bite of his burger.

"I think it would just be a good place for a new start. So much is changing this year, and I think getting away from that flat where so many things have happened and starting with a new slate and new life would be good! I've always wanted to have something bigger and nicer than that little flat," he confessed as he looked at me with sincerity in his eyes.

"I know Liam, and I know we're not moving right away and I'm probably over reacting...I'm sorry. We can go and look at more houses if you want," I decided, realizing I was being a little overreactive about that situation. Liam smiled and shook his head as he finished his burger.

"Nah, I'm all worn out from looking at those houses. I'd much rather just go home and cuddle for a while," he grinned and I smirked at him.

"You sure?" I asked as we threw away our trash and walked hand in hand to the car.

"Pretty positive," he laughed and I smiled with a nod as I took the driver's seat.

"There it is," I whispered quietly as we drove past my past. I flinched a little and Liam took my hand.

"It's all behind us now, you don't ever have to worry about ending up there again," Liam whispered, kissing my hand as I finally tore my eyes away from the dingy prison. I took a deep breath and glanced at Liam with a smile.

"Never again."

Okay. Next chapter isn't going to be a transition chapter like the last two just so you're aware, so it's all fun and games right now, but not for long!! >:)
