Is This Finally Over? Is This Finally The Future?

Oh i wish i picked a better day to wear white. "Ha ha Chille just got food dumped on her!" Micheal Kolon, the school's top bully dumped his food all over me. I was wearing all white and i was supposed to do show and tell today.

I looked up at Micheal with my eyes stinging and watering. "Awe whats the matter. Chillie's going to cry." I got up and ran to the bathroom. I heard the whole cafeteria laughing at me. Why out of all kids do i get picked on?

I cleaned up my clothes the best i could and looked at myself in the mirror. I looked like my father. I had his eyes, his nose, his mouth, but i had my mother hair. I sure hope they come back.

I walk back to class just as the bell rang. I took my seat in the way back next to my friends and looked straight forward as the tardy bell rang.

"Now class as you can see peoples parents are here to day as a carrier day show and tell. Some parents did not make it but you guys are going to come up one by one and tell us your parents carrier. Chillie why dont you come up first." Even some of the teachers call me by my nick name.

I walk down to the front of the class and stand facing towards them. Some smile at me and some give me a nasty look. "Hello guys. As you can see my parents couldn't make it. They never can since i dont live with them. My mother's name was Eveyln NUllings. She was an anonymous woman who was from the past. She woke up 15 years in her future and met my father. My father is a musician. His name is Adam Gontier." Everyone looked at me and gasped. He's like big at this school. "Yeah and when i was born He went to go make more music in his new band saint asonia." I looked at the teacher and nodded then took my seat. I never told anyone about my parents. I guess i sorta hated them.

"Did anyone have any questions?" A lot of hands shot up and for the first time in forever i had joy in me.

"How was it like having a rock star as a parent? Was he cool?" I stared at him. Micheal asked the question. Is he finally being nice to me?

"Um i Guess it was nice. Like i said when i was four he went to go make more music and he never came back. I even forgot what he looked like." He gave me the biggest smile ever.

"Why did he leave all of a sudden?" My heart dropped, and so did my smile. It felt like my heart broke into pices all over again.

"He left because my mother was murdered by my grandfather. He didn't want to believe she was dead so he grieved over it for weeks. He eventually got away. He ran away from me." I looked out into the distance to remember those days.

"Alright thats enough class. Ill have the next volunteer come up please." Eventually some kid went up there and one by one everyone shared their parents carriers.
