Is This Finally Over? Is This Finally The Future?

I woke up to a throbbing pain in my head. It felt as if someone was banging a hammer on my head. I quickly got out of bed and went to take some medicine before heading downstairs. I nearly tripped from my hungover but I managed to make my way to the kitchen. There at the table sat Adam, Neil, and Michelle. They looked mighty pissed.

I sat down with them as they all slowly turned their heads towards me like I was in one if those horror movies. Neil looked the maddest. "Are you going to tell me why you came home drunk as a homeless last night?" Adam gritted through his teeth. I just sat there not saying a word. I have to get along with my father and this I'd how it has to start?" What is wrong with me drinking around here? I've did it for years now.

"Lilly are you going to answer us?" This time Michelle looked like the mad cow. I still didn't know what to tell them. I had no reason to my drinking last night. I just did.

"I uh.... I...." Come on Chille! Make something up! Fast! "I have drinking problems!!" I said extremely fast and mentally slapped myself after. Out of all the out comes you choose that one! Nice going Chille!

"You! A drinking problem! How! And when!" Neil was really getting on my nerves. Its his fault I do. I had nothing left when he left me.

"You want to know why! Huh Neil! It was your fault! You ran always Neil! You ran away!" He looked down at the table and swallowed hard. Adam just had that face that says 'what the fuck!'

"What do you mean Lilly?!" Adam tryed to stay calm but I sure as hell ain't. Its this bitches fault to. Michelle's as well.

"You know what! Adam you are a piece of shit! You think you can dump a child and leave them on the streets! You think I wasn't sad about her too! But oh no! You had to leave me and live alone with you band instead of loving me! And you!!" I looked over to Neil who immediately shot his head up at me.

"You promised! You promised you wouldn't leave like he did! I believed you but instead you dropped me like he did and left me to live my self on the streets!! You promised y-yo-." At this point tears were in my eyes. I just wantted to get this over with and make up with my dad do I can go to school to get away from these fuckers.

"You still owe me for what you did! And you Michelle. You knew damm right that my grandfather was trying to kill my mother and you didn't stay with her. You didn't make sure he was locked up for good!" I looked at Adam who had sorrow in his eyes. Hurt. Neil was crying his eyes out mouthing the words 'I'm sorry' while Michelle just sat there stunned. "You know what?! Johnny was a better care taker then all of you!" And with that I ran out of the house. I just wanted to get away from them.

I ran all the way to Michaels house crying my heart out and knocked on the door. Immediately his mother opened up gasping at the sight. She called out to Michael and he came to the front door hugging me.

"Lilly what's wrong? What happened?" He sat me down on the bench swing still hugging me.

"I w-want t-to get out of h-here. I w-want to make mu-music with you guys." It was hard for me to speak. He stroked my hair telling me everything is going to be alright but really it isn't. I won't ever be able to go back to school.
