Dear Michael,

My friends just left leaving behind many cards, presents, and flowers. Most of my grade had written cards for me. It made me happy because I know I'm surrounded by a great lot of people.

When they first got here, they were all really quiet but soon they all turned into their loud selves. As soon as they got loud and rowdy, I turned into my normal crazy self even if I couldn't get out of the bed. When the boy I liked showed up he hugged me and gave me a stuffed bear. It smelt like him. I don't know if that's creepy but my friend thought it was cute.

Having my friends here today made me sort of miss school. I know it's a sucky place but it's actually not that bad. School is when I laugh the hardest and smile the most. I mean, sometimes I'm not as happy as I act like but it keeps me positive.

Next week were the Glee club auditions for my school. I was planning on singing "Astonishing" from Little Woman but I guess my blood cells had different plans haha.

My best friend brought my homework and it made me feel like I was not in a hospital with cancer.

I'm planning on telling my Twitter friends about my situation so hopefully all goes well.

Love,

Natalie.
