"And this is where OUR journey starts."

To say everything is going smoothly as it should be is like saying that I'm gonna conquer the world using my spotless charm and my undeniable sex appeal..

Its simply ridiculous and likely to never happen.. because I don't have that kind of charm and sex appeal.. like never have I ever have ever..

Okey, let's get back to the story..  you see it's the last day before  the big day. Everyone is ecstatic and excited. I'm staying at Olympus Hotel because one of the traditions they have is to not see the bride before the actually wedding day. My wedding gown is safely on the mannequin inside my room. My shoes and the jewelries I will be wearing is on the coffee table. Everything seemed okey,.. but no it's not.

"Something blue, something new and something borrowed. Check!" Victoria is checking her lists of things needed.

"Have you seen the tiffany box where our wedding rings are?" I ask her as I walk in to the room. I am currently staying in the penthouse together with Victoria.

"What do you mean? I saw you holding it before we left your man's house. Where did you placed it?"

"Would I ask you if I actually know?" I retorted.

"Then look for it." That's what I did for the next 2 hours and when I still haven't seen it.. that's when all hell breaks loose.

"What will Dillon say? That I'm so stupid enough to loose our wedding rings? Well I am So stupid!! Argh!!" I'm crying by now. Caroline, Victoria, Harriet and even my twin brothers are looking for it too. Tracing all my steps.

My phone's ringtone blasts and I watch Dillon's name light up. Oh holy shiznet!! What am I supposed to tell him? I panicked and threw my phone to the corner.

"What are you doing?" Victor asks me as he saw what I did.

"It's Dillon! I don't know what to say-.. I panicked! Oh God, Oh God, Oh God!" I started pacing back and forth.

"Then why don't you buy new rings instead?" Vladimir suggested.

Now that's not a bad idea..  but Dillon will probably know! He have chosen those rings and had them engraved our names on it! I'm so screwed!

"I- I .. I can't..  Oh my.. I'm so stupid." I slumped down the floor and bury my face into my hands and sobbed.

"He will be so mad at me.. I failed him.. I failed him.." I cried harder as Caroline and Harriet came to console me.

"Hush now Vernice, we will find it.. or better yet, we will find a much better replacement." Caroline pats my back softly. I shook my head.

"I need to take a breath. I'll be back." I didn't even let them speak, hurrying out of the hotel. I went to the mall and realized I forgot the credit card Dillon gave me.

Why is the world so against me? How stupid can I be? Why do you have to mess everything up? And why do you have to be so dumb Vernice??

I even forgot my phone. Sniffling and wiping my face harshly I walk and sat at a bench. Breathing deeply, my shoulders sag and I sulk.
