Chapter 4.

Mike's POV
She is afraid of me? I... I was calmest with her besides my niece of course. She was pretty. I really liked her. When she said that Malum was her boyfriend, my heart clenched. Not that I didn't knew, I did but listening it from her.

I was waiting for her to come for lunch, after her trying to escape this morning. I saw her descending the stairs. She was wearing a oversized grey T- Shirt and pink, fuzzy pyjamas. She had let her hair down. She looked so cute.

"Come on eat." I commanded, in my softest tone. But instead of eating she spat "I am a prisoner here not a dog!" She shouted. Nobody talks to Mike Woods like that! And what do you mean by Prisoner? "Don't act as if you don't know!" She shouted again. "I am not allowed to talk to anyone, not allowed to use any electronic, not allowed to communicate, I have to eat when you tell me to! I have no rights!" She was raged.

"I am..." I wanted to apologize but I had never done it to anyone except my niece! "You can use the electronics Miss Watson. You can come in my kichen whenever you want to. You can eat whatever you want to." I mumbled. She got up and left.

Jane's POV
I tried to sleep but I couldn't. Next morning I looked heck. I went down to have breakfast. When I got down I found Mike to be standing near the kitchen counter.

Only, it wasn't Mike. It was the man from the pictures. He turned. His cold gaze found me. I was scared that he'll kill me. In order to save myself I threw the first thing that came to my reach which also happened to be an apple.

Soon apples, bananas, oranges and kiwis were flying upto him. He ducked them all. Then a kiwi hit his face. He became red with anger. He marched upto me and pinned me to the wall. I was so scared. He took out a knife out of nowhere and kept it close to my throat.

Tears escaped my eyes. He's going to kill you. "Hayden!" Shouted a familiar voice. At this the man from the picture left me. I ran to Mike and hugged him as I cried.

Mike rubbed my head calming me down. "Don't cry baby." He said sweetly. I pulled myself away from him and wiped away my tears. "Hayden! What the hell were you doing?" Mike asked angrily. "Your little angel attacked me." Hayden said coldly.

His voice gave me chills. "Are you okay?" Asked Mike gently. I nodded and sat down to eat.

Mike and Hayden talked about their business. I was not listening, I knew I would not understand anything. "So, Hayden you remember you need to pick Isa from the airport in an hour?" Asked Mike.

Who is Isa? Why is she coming here? She must be Mike 's girlfriend. Why the hell is he bringing his girlfriend here if I am here?

Wait what? What am I even thinking? I have gone mad.

"What are you thinking, baby?" Asked Mike. I was very frustrated so I did not answer. Mike smirked. "Hayden, make sure that Isa is here safely." He continued. This made me more irritated.

Yeah! Keep me like your prisoner and give the best to that Isa! Why am I even here?

"Did you say something, baby?" Mike asked. My eyes widened. I had spoken out my words. "N.. nope." I said shaking my head. He smirked.

Their talks were so boring. Finally Hayden got up. "I am going to the airport." I don't know what came to mind but I asked. "Can I come along?" I asked putting my best puppy face. Hayden' s eyes were still cold but Mike's gaze went soft. "No." Hayden said firmly.

I pouted but still tried. "Please!" I begged. "No." Hayden said coldly as ever. "Pretty please with a creamed cherry top!" I begged and joined my hands in front of Mike. He looked at Hayden.
