~Chapter 5~

Kenzie's POV

It's been a week since Emilio and I's moment and we've talked here and there. A whole week has passed and honestly, I didn't even expect us to talk and hang out as much as I wanted to. After all of that happened, I understand the whole thing....rather well, I'd say.

The only thing I didn't understand is Jake's and Kade's mind. I mean, why would they want to stop someone's thing for happening. Alright, Made maybe has a reason for his behaviour but why the hell would Jake do such thing? I honestly didn't know that Kade felt this way.

I've missed doing my YouTube videos, but my 3-week-vacation from posting is almost done. Exactly two weeks ago I got here and joined the Team 1O. I really like it here, may I add.

Right now, me and Ivan are sitting on the trampoline and watching the TV. Since Ivan told me about the whole situation we've talked even more. I could actually say that he's one my favourite people here.

In the Team 1O, everyone is supporting each other so I can't really say 'Ivan is my friend in the Team 1O' when actually everyone is.

Emilio and I had a few weird moments where we would have a casual conversation and laugh and when Kade would come, Emilio would just turn around and walk away. But it's okay, I understand it all. I wouldn't do a single thing to get them out of Team 1O. I know it means the world to them. If I'm being honest, Emilio and I had a few kisses here and there, mostly when everyone would go somewhere. Tessa is with her family for two tweeks and Nick is back in UK. Erica has been really busy with modeling so we barely see her. So, in the house are Chance, Anthony, Jake, Kade, Emilio, Ivan and I. Jake and the rest of the guys (except the Martinez twins) have been going on some adventures a lot lately, which only left me and the Martinez twins in the house. Yes, I do sometimes want to go with them, but having the ability of hanging out with Emilio without being scared someone will see us is great.

But also, hanging out with Emilio has some side effects. And if you're wondering of what I'm blabbing about, here it is. So, the more time I'm spending with Emilio, the more my feelings for him increase. And in my case, that's bad because I know no relationship will come out of this. But, I can't stop liking him more and more every day.

And if you're wondering if anything happened with Kade last week...no, it hasn't. I'm just waiting for him to start an awkward conversation with me about the kiss.
 
The loud clap infront of my face interrupted my thoughts.

"Yeah?", I dumbly ask no one in particular.

"Kade just asked you if you could come to the office. He said you guys needed to talk", Ivan said, shrugging his shoulders.

"Oh, where is he, tho?", I turned my head to right but Kade wasn't there.

"In the office", Ivan simply said, pointing his finger to the office. I stared at the office door for a few seconds before I slowly get off of the trampoline and make my way to the office.

I put my hand on the cold door handle and rest my forehead against the wooden door. I look down at my feet and shut my eyes for a few seconds. I let out a long breath as I enter the office and see Kade, sitting in his chair and writing what seems like an email.

"Hey" I quietly say and put my hands in my pockets. I awkwardly sway back and forth on my heels, waiting for Kade's response.

In a meer second, he turns around and looks at me. He scratches the back of his neck and furrows his eyebrows.

"Uhm...I just wanted to say something, so...uh, will you sit down please?" he asks before pointing to Nick's empty chair. I nod and make my way to the chair. I look back at him and start playing with my fingers. I remain completely quiet, waiting for his next words. I could say I already know where this is going.
