~Chapter 6~

I woke up to the noise of someone closing my door pretty loudly and mumbling a quiet 'shit!'. However, I was too tired to open my eyes and see what is actually happening. I slowly moved in to another position so my knee was on the same level as my hip. I hugged the other pillow on my bed to me and nuzzled my head in it.

I swiftly opened my eyes when I felt the bed shift beside me. My back was turned to the door so I couldn't see who was in my room. I stared out of the window for what seemed like a whole minute before I heard that familiar voice of his.

"Kenz?" he softly called out. He put his hand on my hip and traced his fingers on my skin, which only sent shivers down my left leg.

I inhaled a long breath, which was kind of telling him I was awake. I slowly sat up and rested my back against the wooden headboard. I fixed my hair, pushing it back a bit.

"Morning." I looked at him and gave him a small smile.
"What time is it?"

He furrowed his eyebrows for a meer second before taking out his phone.
"Like...1 p.m."

I raised my eyebrows at him got out of my bed, taking my phone while walking over to the dresser.

"I didn't even realise I slept that long." I mumbled to myself, not really sure if I was only talking to myself or not. Emilio just chuckled and looked to the floor. I grabbed a white top that goes to my mid belly and I also chose my high-waisted dark blue ripped jeans. I held my outfit for today and looked a Emilio.

"Uhm...could you maybe, you know..." I scratched the back of my neck before figuring out the rest of the sentence.
"I need to change..."

He swiftly stood up and fixed his hair.
"Uh...yeah, yeah. Sorry"

"It's okay"

It was already about 5 p.m. These four hours have passed really quickly. I tried to find some new ideas for my first video after my '3 week vacation from YouTube', but, sadly, I didn't come up with any.

I looked up from my laptop when I noticed something's happening.

"So you're really going to jump from my bathroom window to the pool?" Jake asked Emilio, holding his camera infront of Emilio's face. I saw Emilio look at the camera, then at Jake.

"Yeah. I mean I did it yesterday and it was cool, man." his soft voice with that cute accent rang in my ears before my dumb self realised something.

I almost choked on my drink before coughing loudly.
"Wait, what?"

They both turned to me and looked at me for a second before Jake walked over. He put his camera infront of my face.
"Hey, Kenzie! You're finally awake!"

I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion and looked at him weirdly.
"What do you mean?" I chuckled
"I've been awake for four hours"

Jake just made a 'bish what' face before mumbling out a long 'oh'.

"Yeah. You walked right pass me...like, thousand times?" I laughed
"Anyways, what are you guys doing?"

I then looked back at Emilio just as he picked up a giant teddy bear from the floor.

"Emilio's gonna jump into the pool." Jake simply said, shrugging his shoulders.

"From your bathroom window?"

"Yeah" Emilio now popped in, walking back to get another teddy bear.
"I did it last night and it was cool"

Another 'wait what' almost slipped my my mouth but, luckily, I stopped myself.
