Right Truth

Chapter 2

We sit near right across/right next to the boys; Ultra, Titanium, Cole, Ozzy, Jake, North, & Elf Ears. Montana is always flirting with Elf Ears and giggling about how amazing everything is and how lucky they are to be next to each other at lunch even though they sit by each other every single day in lunch. Awkward. Ozzy, Jake, North, Ultra, Titanium, and Cole always talks and whispers about things that i can't exactly hear. The cafeteria can get pretty noisy pretty quickly. But for me, I don't talk much and I never really talk to my friends. I just eat lunch, study or do my homework. When lunch is over, I pack up my stuff and leave, leaving my friends. I'm always the odd one in the group. Sometimes, they don't notice me there. Which makes me feel invisible. Sadly. But its okay. Life is life. And we only have one life. Thats only how I feel during the school hours. After school, me and my friends hang by the lake talking about our life, stories, those kinds of things. Its quite weird to talk about it but we do anyways. Anyways, back to the cafeteria, where we are at the moment. "Hey Cayenne, can you help me study too since your always getting As?" Cole asks me. "Um yea sure." Cole moves closer to me and we study together. "Hey Cayenne? Can we study too?" Ultra asks pointing for him and Titanium. "Umm yea sure. How about after school, we go to the library and have a study group?" I look at them and they look at each other. "Well.." Ultra starts. "Ummm.." Cole starts. "We, don't really want to.." Titanium says trying to find the words that will be nice to say to not break my heart. "We don't like to study, we just want to hang with you." North finishes the sentence. I shrug and go back to studying. "I think we broke her heart again." Ozzy whispers to Titanium. "Nice going, North." Cole hits North on the head and so does Ultra. "You know I can hear you idiots, right?" I say, angrily-upset/ly. "We definitely hurt her." Jake signs. I don't like it when the boys uses me. They don't want to study with me, they want me to be with them. Like, hug them. Yea no. "I'm going to the bathroom." Elf Ears says moving away from the table. "I'm coming!" Montana squeals with excitement. Sometimes, I don't understand Montana.
