Chapter 8

I yawn and cover my mouth. "What is that?" He points at me. "Me?" I question him, confused. "No. The thing you did when you opened your mouth and made a sound." He asks me. I looked at him like he's dumb. "Its called a yawn." "What does it mean?" "It means your tired." "You mean sleepy?" "Duh." I roll on the huge bed and put my head upside down. "Why you rolling like that?" He asks me another question. "Because I'm bored and tired. Can't I do that?" I ask a question back. "Hmm. I don't know." I close my eyes and open them again and seeing him..floating. I sit on the bed and stare at him in complete shock. "What?" He looks at me. "Why are you floating like that? HOW ARE YOU FLOATING LIKE THAT??" I scream. "Shhhh! Cayz! Lower your voice!" June comes toward me. I scream in shock. "DID SOMETHING HAPPEN, MISS CAYZ & PRINCE JUNE!?" Three guards come rushing into the room. One of the guards, on the right had a staff with rocks floating, the second guard with some kind of purple glowing thing in her hand, and the third one had like, speed. She runs around my room to check. "What are you doing?" June asks the third guard. "Oh just checking if there's anyone in your room." She says. My mouth opens wide. "Uhhh Cayz? You okay? Your white as a soul." June asks me. "GET AWAY FROM ME YOU MONSTERS!!" I scream finding the nearest corner to go hide and stay there hugging myself to death. "Its okay, Cayz. I have gravity, the one with the staff is Theodis, the other one with purple glow in her hand is Lucretia, and the speed girl is Sudie." My mouth stays open. "Guys its okay. You can go back to duty. Thanks for checking though." June thanks the guards and they return back to their positions. "Cayz, will you be okay? Do you need to skip dinner?" He asks me. I nod slowly trying to replay what just happened. "Your human so you got nothing. I'll be heading towards dinner." June shuts the door and leaves me in the room.
