I love him

Carter's POV
I was pacing around the waiting room to see what happened to Sage. "Bro she is going to be alright." Taylor said. I sighed and sat down. The doctor came in and said "I have news on Sage Dallas." I lifted my head and walked to the doctor. "She is in the room just down the hall you can go see her but she is in a coma." I nodded my head and walked to her room. I opened the door and saw her lying there motionless. I sat next to her bed and grabbed her hand. "Sage." I said. "You have to be alright, please we all need you here, your family, your fans need you, I need you. I know we have know each other that long but I like you a lot. No I don't like you Sage, I love you." I kissed her forehead and got up to leave.

Sage's POV
The room was pitch black. I tried to open my eyes but I couldn't. I felt someone grab my hand. Instantly I felt a tingly feeling. The person started to talk. Who is this person? The mystery person kept talking. I figured out it was Carter. The last sentence threw me off. Carter loves me? But why? Why me? I need to know why but the thing is I love him to. I love how I can be myself around him. I love how he makes me feel. I love Carter Reynolds. I opened my eyes and yelled "I love you to!" He turned around surprised. He sat down next to my bed. I grabbed his hands and looked into his eyes. "I love you Carter Reynolds." I told him. "And I love you Sage Marie Dallas." I laughed remembering that I was Cameron Dallas' twin sister. I untangled my hands from his. He looked sad. I put on of my hands on his cheek and the other on his chest. I kissed him. He was surprised at first but instantly kissed back. The kiss was different than Connor's an Aaron's. The kiss was magical. Like fireworks at Disney world. Like world war three. Like a whole zoo erupted in my stomach. The kiss with Carter was the best kiss I have ever had.
