San Antonio

Sage's POV

"Welcome to San Antonio Bry." I said as we got off the plane.

"This place is beautiful." Bryanna said.

"I know." I told her.

We called a cab and went to my grand mothers house. When we finally got there I went up to the house and rang the doorbell. After about waiting for 5 minutes and ringing the. Doorbell 500 times she finally opened the door.

"Oh Sage you have grown up so much." she said while kissing me.

"Grandma this is my friend Bryanna." I said while pointing at Bry.

"You can call me Bry." she said while holding out her hand for my grandma to shake but my grandma pulled her into a hug. At first Bry looked shocked but then she went along with it. We walked inside and got settled. "Sage." my grandma called. "Yea."

"Are you going to visit your mom?" she asked

"Sometime." I said back

"Why don't you do it now so you can hang out with your friends and stuff."

"Okay. Can I take the car?"

"As long as your careful."

"Okay."

Me and Bry got back in the car and drove to my moms house.

"Okay Bry before we go in I want to warn you."

"About what?"

"My mom is a little crazy, we don't really get along and she apparently has a new boyfriend."

"Sage it's fine I'm your best friend ."

"Okay." We got out of the car and walked to the front door. I took a deep breath and knocked. Some man opened the door. "Can I help you?" he asked.

"Uh yea I'm here to see my mom." I told him.

"Honey who's at the door?" my mom asked while walking in front of the door. She gasped and dropped whatever she had in her hand. "Sage?" she asked. "Yea." I said.

"Uh can I come in?" I asked her.

"Of course you can honey. Derek let her in." so apparently her boyfriends name is Derek. We walked into the living room and sat down. "So what brings you back to San Antonio?" my mom asked. "Just visiting." I said

"Who is this?" my mom asked while pointing at Bry.

"Oh mom this is my friend Bryanna."

"You can call me Bry." she said while shaking my moms hand.

"Nice to know Sage has a friend."

"Mom."

"Well the only friend you had was Autumn, speaking of Autumn where is she?"

"Umm we are no longer friends."

"Why Sage you can tell me anything."

"Obviously you can't 'mom'."

"What are you talking about?"

"You managed to forget to tell me I was adopted!"

"You told you?"

"Keigan and Cameron."

"You found out about Cameron."

"Why did you not tell me?"

"I wanted a daughter."

"Well you sure as hell didn't treat me like a daughter." I said while walking away.

"Sage Marie get back here I am your mother."

"Keep telling yourself that. oh and if Rose wants to visit me, take her to grandmas because I am not coming back." I walked out if the house and to my car.

"Wow, that was something." Bry said.

"I warned you."

"What's up now?"

"We'll we are only here for two days so let's go meet some of my old friends."

"Okay."
