Chapter: 4 Concern

As I looked over Daniels shoulder I was getting worried. There were, three of them. Long fur, brown eyes, and foam out of their mouths. They were three rabid dogs. Chris saw them too. We tried to stay calm but Daniel knew that we were concerned.

"Guys, what's wrong?" Daniel said with worry in his voice.

"Nothing, just stay calm and come to us very, very slowly." I replied trying to keep him calm.

As he started to crawl to us the rabid dogs growled.

"Danny, stop."

"Now, what?"

"Wait," Christian exclaimed but silently. "Danny don't move, me and Patrick will pull our guns out and shoot them. Then Daniel, you turn around and take the other one out. Whatever you have to do."

"Got it."

"3,2,1.... now."

The guns were loud. I could've sworn I thought I blew my ear drums out. Daniel got bid by the dog. So as quickly as possible he stabbed the beast in the head. It was finally dead.

"Ow! Crap! Patrick, what do I do? Were screwed!" Danny said with a concerned expression on his face.

"No we're not Daniel. Just calm down." I tried to calm him down.

He then pulled the gun out and pointed it at us.

"Were all gonna die! One way or another!"

"Yes, but it's the fighting chance that counts Daniel."

"Oohhhhhh." He started to moan. Then came the tears. "First my parents, then my brother, now me! What reason is there for me to live!"

"For me Daniel! For me!" Christian started to cry too.

Danny dropped the gun. Christian crawled over to him and they hugged.

"Wake up! let's go. We gotta keep moving!" I got them all up.

"Patrick my arm, it's getting worse." Danny said.

"Christian tie him down."

"Wait, wha-"

"Got it."

I took out my knife. While Christian tied Danny down. He was struggling but we got him. He was starting to scream. I stuck my knife in his arm slowly cutting it off. I hit the bone. That was probably the hardest part. Blood was squirting everywhere. I heard a thump. It was his arm hitting the ground.
