So let's talk script style writing. Is it easier to write? Yes. Does that mean it's the best thing to use? Hell no. Like come on. These things called quotation marks? Yeah, they exist for a reason. It's just so annoying like we're writing books here! Books include proper grammar. Proper grammar includes punctuation. Punctuation includes-wait for it-quotation marks! *le gasp* And then like 95% of these writers include like text language in their writing. I already loathe text language but when you put it in a book? Really? Why would you ruin one of the only things that humans have left unadulterated? Why? Don't get me wrong, sometimes authors that write like this aren't too bad but most of the time, it's quite terrible. Please kindly grab a Grammar For Dummies book before you try to jump into the writing scene. Please and thank you.
