"So, we've eaten, now what?" Leah said as she finished her takeaway (pizza). They didnt want our burnt Mac n cheese so they threw it over the fence. Which I think is disrespectful. We all pitched in and got Domino's instead.
"Well, the world is your oyster," Alex said joyfully.
"I've always hated that saying," I said, frowning.
"Yeah me too," Leah agreed with me.
"Cay, I hope I don't forget you," Leah (aged 6) said,
"You'll never forget me, Lea, but if you do, I'll never speak to you again," I joked.
"I won't, I promise," Lea said, smiling up at me.
"Swear on it," I grinned, she giggled.
"I swear on my guinea pigs life," she said seriously. Oh, she loves that guinea pig.
"Good," I said and we hugged.
Leah's voice brought me out of that trance. Wait, she did forget me! Nah Leah I'm gonna get a prank on you, just you wait.
"What else do you have in your house?" Leah asked. Good question. A lot.
"Well, there's a games room, a swimming pool-"
"Stop right there," Leah said, "where's the games room?"
That's my girl.
What did you just say?
Nothing...
"Third floor-" before he could even finish she sprinted off upstairs.
"Cayden, go after her, you know this place as well as I do and she doesn't," Alex said to me. Great thanks man. Jamie smirked.

I run up the stairs. I can't believe Cay and I set the place on fire, pretty much. That was the funniest thing, and it made me forget about my dad for a bit.
Wait how many floors did I just go up? Two. Right so the next one, there we go. They were right, he's house is huge. How come it only has four rooms. Oh well. I opened a door on the left, nope, that is an airing cupboard. Great I'm never going to find it.
"Need a hand?"
"Fuck!!" I screamed. Cayden never fails to surprise me.
"And we normally say hello to greet someone around here, but that'll do,"
I punched him, which hurt me even more. When do I ever learn. He just laughed
"Where's the games room then?" I asked, defeated,
"Glad you asked, this way," he said and grabbed my hand.
"What, I'm moving? Where?" I asked my mummy as I looked at Cay, starting to cry.
"Not that far away," she reassured me.
"Let me start packing your stuff, I'll leave you to say goodbye," she said and got up from crouching to my level.
"I'm sorry Cay," I said and grabbed his hand, I started to cry.
Woah.
"Leah, are you crying?!" I noticed we stopped and I wiped a tear from my cheek.
I nodded,
"I don't know why," I lied.
"Come here," he said and brought me into a hug,
"Cay," I said and looked up at him.
He looked down, and wiped another tear away.
"Yeah," he whispered.
"I'm sorry I forgot," I whispered back and he pulled me into a tighter hug than before.
I never want to forget about him ever again.

"So guys, how was the games room" Alex asked as we came down the stairs and walked into the lounge.
"Good, I beet Cay at fifa," I said excitedly and I high fives him.
"You go girl," he said girly.
I looked around.
"Where's Jamie and Chloe?" I asked.
"Went food shopping," he shrugged.
"Cay what are you doing?" I asked as I saw him take my pillow and duvet from the sofa.
"You can't sleep on the sofa, it's bad for your back, I don't mind sleeping down here,"
Aww
"But that's not fair on you, you called shotgun first," I complained.
"Alright guys let's settle this. Heads Leah sleeps on the sofa, tails Cayden does, sides you both share," Alex grinned.
"Sides? You can't have sides!" I exclaimed.
"Best just let him do his thing," Cay whispered to me. We watched as he threw the coin and...
"I knew it! See told you Leah! You can have sides!" Alex said excitedly.
For fuck sake!
