jasper said nostalagically as he stood at the window next to his best friend, just watching the red sky. he knew that it was the end for him because he wanted it to be. the only thing that scared him about being gone was that he would leave the person he loved more than anything in the world alone. he hated that thought.
it happened quickly -- he fell down to the floor and began to turn more lifeless -- the time travelled slowly to monty though. jasper clutched onto his friends hand and looked at him deeply. monty was angry that jasper was leaving him and jasper understood that, however, jasper jordan would not end his life on a bad note with his best friend.
"say you love me or you'll regret it, monty."
"i love you!"
monty cried out and jasper smiled as his eyes fell shut. for him, everything was okay.
monty couldn't help the cries and tears that escaped from him. he couldn't remember a world without jasper, he didn't want a world without jasper. he loved jasper.
