Chapter 2

Sharna's POV

I awoke to the sound of Laurie crawling out of bed from under me. I look over at my phone and see it's 6 in the morning.
"Nugget, you woke me," I say groggily to Laurie, who's sitting on the edge of her bed wrapped in a blanket.
"Sorry," she replied. I wrap myself up in a blanket and sit on the edge of my bed as well. Laurie waddles out into the "living room" with the couches. I jump down and go out there as well. I sit down at the table and get on my phone. No one else is up besides us.
"Laurie if you pour me some cereal I'll um.." I ask, while she's pouring some of her own Lucky Charms into a bowl.
"Stop trying to bribe I'll give it to you anyways," she says taking out a second bowl.
"You guys," Lindsay says, coming out of her bunk, "are loud."
"Sorry," Laurie and I say at the same time. Laurie pulls out a third bowl and hands me my own cereal. I nod a thank you in response. Once we're all sitting down and eating, Laurie decides to start a conversation.
"Linds, have you noticed Val and Sharna lately?" She asks, looking me straight in the eye.
"I feel like I shouldn't say anything because I'll get scolded like last time, but yeah definitely," she giggles.
"There is nothing going on! We're friends and that's it!" I butt in while laughing.
"Okay come on, we won't tell anyone, do you have a little bitty crush on him? Like, seriously?" Lindsay begs.
"I don't. I promise. If I did, I would tell you guys." I say, truthfully.
"Okay," reply Laurie and Lindsay at the same time disappointedly.

Val's POV

"Dude, wake up," I feel Artem poking me.
"Bro, what? Its... 6 o'clock in the morning," I ask, sitting up.
"I don't know I just don't want to be the only dude awake," he replies. I get out of my bottom bunk and see that Hayley and Jenna are awake.
"Are you scared of the girls?" I tease him.
"You're not?" He teases back.
"True."
I get up out of bed and go to the kitchen. I grab a granola bar and sit down at the table, because the girls are taking up the couch. Artem sits in front of me. I get on my phone and check Instagram.
I go to Sharna's page and see she posted on her story of Laurie and Lindsay a couple minutes ago. She's awake, too. I pause the video and study her face as she turns it towards her. She's beautiful, with her hair in her face and without her makeup. But, she doesn't love me.
All of a sudden I realize Artem is talking to me.
"Sorry, what?" I say, pointing my phone down.
"I was just saying how we have a show tomorrow and we have to wake up and go straight to rehearsals."
"Oh, yeah."
Without my realization, Artem grabs my phone from my hand.
"Dude, wh-" I begin.
"I see the way you're looking at some girl," he smirks.
"Give it ba-"
"Wait what? Sharna!" He says, looking at what I had paused.
"Just because I had it paused doesn't mean I have a crush on her..." I start trying to explain.
"Oh my gosh! It all makes sense now! I always saw the way you look at her and how you treat her, but I never connected two and two!" He says excitedly.
"Bro, just don't tell anyone," I say, guiltily.
"Fair enough."
I look out and see we've stopped at a Gas Station, one that has a Starbucks.
"You gonna get something?" Artem asks.
"Yeah, I'm starving," I reply, and we walk out.

Sharna's POV
I'm standing in line at Starbucks when Val walks in.
"Hey Princess," he says, standing in line behind me.
"Hey," I reply.
"What time did you get up?"
"Laurie woke me at 6. You?"
"Artem woke me at 6, because he was afraid of the girls."
"Ah," I say as a turn around.
"What would you like today?" The barista asks. I give her my order and go wait for my coffee and brownie.
Val orders his, too, and comes over by me. The barista hands us our drinks and food and we step away from the counter.
"Sit with me?"
"I'd love to," I reply. We walk over to a 4 person table and sit down. We talk a bit and then Laurie and Artem come to sit with us.
"Hey, Nugget," I say to Laurie.
"Hello," she replies.
"Watchya got there?" I ask eyeing her warm chocolate chip cookie.
"It had a two word name. Not and yours," she laughs.
"Not if I do... this!" I say, stealing a piece of it on the edge and stuffing it in my mouth.
"Not fair!" She says, putting on a fake mad-face.
"Too late."

Val's POV
"Girls are weird," I state.
"But you love us," Laurie giggles.
"True," I reply. Artem and I look at each other and then Laurie and I look at each other and then Artem and Laurie look at each other and they know each other knows. Inception.
I look over at Sharna and she knows something's up but she can't tell.
"So..." I say, trying to change the subject.
"Show tomorrow," Sharna says, trying to bring up a new topic.
"Yeah. I'm really excited," I announce.
"I think everyone is," Artem pipes up.
"I'm really excited except I'm nervous. Like, reallllly nervous," Laurie exaggerates.
"Aw, Nugget, you'll do great," Sharna says reassuringly. I didn't think it was possible to fall harder.

OKAY GUYs
I hope you liked this as usual. It was kind of boring i know I need ideas this chapter was so boring because writers block and I'm only on chapter 2 that's sad so halp me 😂
And sorry it was kinda short
