Though you aren't certain of much, you can say with complete confidence that both Sam and Dean Winchester are amazing older brothers.
Sam has always acted as your caretaker. He is on top of your diet, wanting to be sure that you're eating healthy foods. He helped you with your homework, believing that you should have options in your future; even though you were positive that hunting was the career for you. Hell, Sam even attended your parent-teacher conferences.
...although, you could've lived without the lectures that came afterward.
Dean on the other hand? Well...many people look at Dean and quickly make the assumption that he is the stereotypical older brother.
Little do they know, but he is so much more than that.
Dean is your protector... your rock. He is your bodyguard, keeping you away from all things dangerous, both human and supernatural alike. He always offers you a strong shoulder to cry on, even going so far as to buying endless pints of ice-cream when Sammy had 'abandoned' you during his stint at Stanford. Dean is the father figure that, truth-be-told, you never actually had. Christ, the guy taught you how to drive while wielding a .45 by the time you were 15.
Okay... so maybe you didn't have a 'normal' childhood.
Nevertheless, you and your big brothers are like 3 peas in a pod. You love each other, teach one another new things on an almost daily basis, and try your hardest to keep each other away from trouble.
'Try' being the keyword.
Thinking back, you can still remember when you had introduced your first ever date to Sam and Dean.
"I don't want to sound cliche or anything..." Sammy had began, flashing your date a dangerous look. "...but if you aren't home by 10, I'll be waiting in the parking lot with my favorite shotgun."
Giggling at the newfound terror radiating from your date, you had grabbed their hand and bounded out of the motel.
"Hey!" Dean had shouted from over your shoulder, his eyes following you carefully as you hopped into the passenger's side seat of your date's car. "If you break [Y/N]'s heart, I'll break your punk-ass face. Got it?"

Castiel:
Although you aren't related to Castiel by blood, you honestly could not have asked for a better older brother.
Castiel is patient and giving, trying his hardest to teach you how to successfully live amongst... and, well... interact with humans; though he is still learning the ropes himself. He explains things in a way that you can clearly comprehend, having been in a very similar position, not all too long ago; and helps you understand that you should not always listen to your superiors.
...a lesson that had admittedly become an increasingly hard pill to swallow.
However, Castiel didn't judge you when you made mistakes.
No.
In fact, he somehow managed to convince the Winchester brothers into allowing you to stay with them, after you had nearly destroyed an entire town.
"I am a failure, Castiel." you had sighed, peering up at the star-filled sky as your brother sat on the dewy grass beside you. "I am a complete monster."
"That's not true, [Y/N]." he had consoled you, placing a gentle hand on your shoulder. "During my time on Earth... I have come to realize that making mistakes is inevitable, even for the divine." Relaxing beneath his small gesture, you nodded your head in understanding. "Do not allow today's blunders to claim victory over tomorrow's successes."
