Whatever happened here was not an accident. People who lived here were tortured to death, but why? Maybe that's what I have to find. I was so drifted in my thoughts that I didn't realise were home.I went to my room and sat recollecting my memories. I felt that sometimes going through some parts of the memory can help us to get some clues. Definitely we miss something...something very small that can lead to big answers.
Robert entered the room. He was excited and wanted to show me something. He noticed the eagerness on my face and before I could ask him, he said "I found the address of Roger Trigger...the investigator", and he also did arrange a carriage to lead us there. Well I was surprised. I never thought that Robert could find the address of Roger Trigger with such ease. So, I quickly followed him. The carriage dropped us on that place within a short time. Robert started to walk and I followed him, he lead me to a street.
The street was deserted and the dry wind ran across us messing our hair. There was nothing, no shops, no people. There was silence...dead silence. The only thing I could hear is the sound of the dry leaves crushing under our feet as we walked through. The street had few houses. The place looked abandoned with not even a small bird flying around. We walked inside the place searching for the address and found an abandoned house. The house had crippled walls with worn out paint and lots of holes in it. We could hear the sound of the wind squeezing through the holes. The house had no windows.
"Is this the building", I asked Robert. This place sent me shivers down my spine though it was not so much as it happened in the mansion and Robert also said that he felt the same.
We walked into the building. The place was full of water due to the leakage in water pipes. We knocked the door after a while a man opened the door. He was in his mid ages. He had deep brown eyes and tanned skin. He had rough brown hair, like the bark of an oak tree. His hair matched his brown eyes perfectly. Robert greeted the man and asked him whether Roger Trigger lived here . A sudden tension appeared on this mans face after hearing this.
"Not anymore" he replied shutting the door.
I placed my hand on the door before he could shut. "My name is Henry Hatton and he is Robert Hatton, we need some information about one of the cases handled by Mr. Robert Triggers, please help us". I said
"Hatton's" he whispered to himself and opened the door letting us in. He then asked us about which case we were talking about with a suspicious look.
"About the mansion on the woods of Bailey", I replied.
He welcomed us inside. We walked into his house and saw that the house was one big hall. I've never seen a house with only one big hall. It had so many furniture's in it. The furniture's were rustic and dark. The pictures in the wall covered the incomplete paint. It was a girls pictures all over the wall. She looked beautiful. Her large blue eyes reminded me about the bright blue sky. She had a sharp pointed nose and the smile in her face which would make anyone forget their worries. She had thick blonde wavy hair that ran across her fare skin. She had a hair that every girl wants. He cleaned up some stuff and gave us a place to sit.
"What is it you wanted to know?" he asked
"After the mansion burned you found five bodies and you described with specifications of four bodies, but did not give any clue about the fifth one", Robert asked.him.
"Yeah, I could not trace the fifth person and with great difficulty I found the fifth one under the burnt floor, I tried to identify the fifth person through his remaining belongings" and as he was about to reveal who the fifth dead person was, someone knocked at the door....
WHO IS THE FIFTH BODY?
