It was the newspaper but before I could start reading it there was a creaking sound. I moved my head towards the sound. It was the door... it started cracking. I was staring at it suddenly there was blood flowing from the cracks of the door. It looked terrible. I closed my eyes not so daring to look at it but still I could hear every drop of blood falling down the door suddenly the sound stopped when I opened my eyes the blood ...It was changing into some kind of black liquid among all this there was a hand on the door. It was not a humans hand. It was completely burned and had no nails in it. The door slowly opened. I shut my eyes tight not willing to look whatever was there but I could feel it walking close to me... I could hear its footsteps coming towards me.
"What's wrong with you Henry?" It said. I opened my eyes slowly everything was normal again. It was Robert standing there
"Robert it's you" I said with a sigh of relief "I don't understand what's happening? I saw something again... maybe that house wants me dead...by the way what are you doing here"
"Just wanted to know what you have found" he told
"No use of it anymore I know it's going to kill me"
"Look if you have to solve this then you have to know about it...There would be some reason its behind you maybe it needs your help" Robert told with a concerning look in his face
"If it needed my help then I would have not seen blood on the doors after all I came here to investigate about the mansion"
We looked at each other for a movement
"Just read the information out" said Robert
I took the newspaper which was dropped on the ground and started reading it "A mansion has been burned in the woods of Bailey. 5 people have died inside... Mr. Jacob Bones the owner of the land has also died in this accident with his wife Mrs. Mary Bones and his son Tony Bones. Mrs. Rose who was working in the mansion as a maid has also died. Mr. Roger Trigger the investigator says that the fifth body could not be identified"
Robert was right about the year. The date in the newspaper was 19/12/1890 but that didn't help me out. After reading this I didn't get any solution but more questions. Who must be the fifth body? Why did I see blood on the doors? What did the note mean? WHAT DID THE MANSION WANT FROM ME?
