GUNGNIR disobey the queen's order and charge towards Raphael and Connor. Connor is already expecting this but this time GUNGNIR's spear has already pierced through his body. It was so fast that his eyes can't comprehend the motion. GUNGNIR lift his body high and a spark of a lightning strike the spear and shock Connor. Raphael tries to help...
"TOLD YOU THAT YOU WILL REGRET IT!"
He conjures another spear and thrust Raphael's shoulder from behind, thus pinning him down to the down. The same spark of a lightning shock him up. Both of them try to free themselves but GUNGNIR keeps strike them down with lightning bolts. Even though their wounds are healing up at an alarming rate, but the damage was too much and it is slowly degrading them. In a flash, Sax appears and stop the lightning from striking them and thus, bringing GUNGNIR down.
"She told you to stop."
GUNGNIR resists Sax suppression and leap towards Sax, only to be stopped by Sax after he draws out his gun and points it directly at his face.
"YOU THINK THAT COULD STOP ME!?" "I advise you not to guess. Her Majesty needs GUARDIANS to protect her." "THEN WHAT ARE YOU!? REMEMBER. YOU ARE A GUARDIAN TOO, SAX. OR SHOULD I SAY, Gáe Bulg?"
GUNGNIR picks up his spear and leave. Sax lays his gun down, then a cocking sound of a gun and someone points it directly to his head. It's Lars.
"It has been forty years, Lars."
Lars' hand begins to shake.
"What's the matter, Lars? Can't pull the trigger?"
Sax turn around and look directly at Lars. He can see the hatred is fueling up in his eyes. Sax puts his hand on the barrel of Lars's gun and points it closer to his forehead.
"You know that this won't kill me." "Yes."
Lars slowly lays his weapon down but then on a sudden move, he points it at his head.
"Too bad, it will put me down to rest, for good."
Sax pause for a moment. He laughs.
"Well, do you dare to pull the trigger?"
Lars cocks it.
"Well. Let's see."
Sax trigger his power and suddenly the whole world moves at a very slow pace. As if it is moving at all. Lars pulls the trigger and bullet slowly injected from the barrel. Undoubtedly, Sax is the only one who can move at a normal speed and take the gun out of Lars's hand. He points it to the sky and let the fired bullet goes. Then, the time moves at the normal rate once more. Everyone, except the queen, are puzzled by Sax's capability to control the time flow.
"You are strong, Lars. I have no doubt on that. But that doesn't make me any weaker than you. Same goes to you, Jake. So, before any of you decides to do stupid stuff, better think twice."
Lars maniacally laugh.
"You took the gun out of my hand for what purpose? Are there any more life in me?" "Like I said, the queen needs GUARDIANS." "Or maybe you couldn't undo the thing that you did forty years ago. I will never forget that day. Ever. The day you took HER life!" "....."
The queen steps out and put everyone to blackout with her godly mutant psychic power except Sax.
"You should have killed him forty years ago, Sax." "......."
[40 years ago.....]
Lars, Sax and another woman seem to run from a group of armed military and hide in the jungle. They are outnumbered and they are running out of ammunitions. They got surrounded. Lars looks at Sax...
"I have a plan. I'll distract the guards and you two make a run for it. Got it?"
The woman, named Catherine, are staring at Lars in disbelief.
"You don't have to do this, Lars." "Cath, I have to. Or else we are all going to die."
She pulls Lars and kisses him for one last time.
"Promise me. 7 p.m. Yokee's Bar. Not a minute lat-" "Late or early. Got it."
BANG!
Catherine feels the pain from her abdomen and she got shot. She was shot by Sax. Lars puts his hands on the wound and presses it to stop the bleeding. Catherine's face slowly turns pale as she is dying from blood loss. Lars leaps furiously at Sax, only to get thrown by Sax to the side. Sax points his gun at him.
