~Third POV~
Ezra and Sabine had been together for almost a year and it hasn't been easy while trying to keep it a secret from the Rebellion and from the crew. They've been trying to get every chance possible for some alone time with each other by trying to sneak into each other's rooms after hours. A Jedi-Mandalorian relationship wasn't a popular mashup.

After Ezra had came back from a supply run, he walked into the Great Temple of Massasai on Yavin 4, the backup base for Phoenix Squadron after the Battle of Chopper Base. He walked into the hanger and saw everyone was in a group talking. He then saw Sabine painting an X-Wing and walked towards her. He said to her "Hey beautiful." As she heard his voice, she dropped the paint sprayer and kissed him hard on the lips. "I missed you." She said after they separated. "Me too. I have a surprise for you." Ezra told her. Then he got a box out his pocket and put a bracelet around her wrist. The bracelet had a purple and blue jewel attached to it. "Happy anniversary, my mighty Mando." He said as he hed her hand. "I love it. But come with me, I also have a surprise for you." The young couple walked towards the Ghost and went into Sabine's room.

She started to freak out and had thrown everything across her room. "Where is it, where is it, where is it." She told herself. "Uh...Sabine, what are you looking for?" Ezra asked his girlfriend. "Your anniversary gift. I swear I got you something." She explained to him. He put his hands on her shoulders to make look her at him and said "Sabine, you being in my life, is the greatest gift anyone could ever give me. I wouldn't trade you for anything." He hugged her tightly. She then gave him a deep kiss and he kissed her back. They stayed like that for a while until something caught Sabine's eye. She broke the kiss and said "Oh there it is." She reached over to a shelf and grabbed a small object. "To you, my brave Jedi." She said as she put something around Ezra's neck. It was a necklace with three charms on it: one was the symbol of the Jedi, another was the symbol of Rebel Alliance, and the final one was the symbol of a starbird. "Thanks Bine. I don't know what I'll do without you." He said before kissing her. She put her arms around his neck and he put his around her waist. Then they both turned and lied down on Sabine's bed without breaking their kiss. "I love you." They said in unison with their foreheads on each other.
