"We need to get to that console if we want to get out of here." Hera yelled throughout the ship. They were trapped on Correlia getting supplies but a magnet held them from their escape. Ezra and Sabine ran for it while Kanan covered them by deflecting blaster shots. They hid behind a crate when a shot hit Sabine's side. Her boyfriend killed the one who shot her but she was bleeding badly. He carried her bridal style and ran behind a crate. "Are you ok you?" Ezra said to her girlfriend. She put her hand on her wound and nodded, "I'll live." "Sabine, if we don't survive this, I want you to know that I love you." The injured Mandalorian kissed her friend even through her pain. She held Ezra's cheek and said, "I love you too."

"Then I know what I must do." He said as he stood up. Ezra closed his eyes and put his lightsaber in front of him with the blade on. "I am one with The Force and the Force is with me." The stormtroopers fired at him but they all missed, even the ones that were more closer to him like if there was some kind of shield around him. "Ezra! Come back!" Sabine screamed after her boyfriend. But Ezra kept going on like if he was possesed. "I am one with The Force and The Force is with me." He kept repeating to himself until he reached the lever to the console. "Come back, Ezra! Come with me!" Sabine yelled but a fuel canister was behind the console and trooper hit it which made the console blow up and sending Ezra flying towards a wall. Sabine killed the remaining stormtroopers and ran to check on Ezra. She picked him up and flew him up to the Ghost. Ezra coughed and opened his eyes, "Hey, beautiful. I don't want to kill the mood, but I'm dying, Sabine." Sabine began tear up, "Don't you dare talk like that, you'll make it. I won't let you die on me." Ezra cupped her cheek, "Some things are out of our reach, Bine. Such as death." "I need you, Ezra. We need you. Our child is going to need their father to get through life.", Sabine cried as she pressed her forehead on his. "What? Our child?" He asked as he also started tearing up. "Ezra........I'm pregnant with our baby." Sabine confessed her pregnancy to her dying lover. "Tell our baby that I love them so much and I'll always look out for them in the afterlife." Ezra said as his life faded away from his body. "Ezra, don't leave me! I'm lost without you. I love you so much, my blueberry." Sabine sobbed. "Look for the Force and I'll always be there. I love you, Sabine Wren. I have from the moment I met you and I always will." The Jedi said with his final breathe and his eyes closed for the last time. Ezra Bridger had died in his lover's arms.

Twelve years had passed since Sabine's daughter was born and was named 'Mira Wren Bridger',taking the last name of her mother as her middle name and taking the name and last name of the mother of the Jedi who had given his life for his child's and his loved one as her first and last name. Mira was trained in the ways of The Force by her grandfather and used her father's lightsaber to fight and protect the light and memory of Ezra Bridger.
