Torture Pt 4

Sabine POV
As I opened the door to Ezra's fears and nightmares, I saw a temple with a spire at the top of it (The Sith Temple of Malachor). This must be one of his nightmares. Who would could blame him? Malachor scarred him physically, emotionally, and mentally. I looked around and saw Ezra on his knees with a hooded spirit beating him up. I ran to him to block the blows from the spirit, but they just went through me like if I was a ghost. I started attacking the spirit but my attacks also went through it. The spirit took off its hood and I saw myself. "Who could love a pathetic orphan that blinded his master and killed his friend?" The spirit hissed at him. "I didn't kill Ahsoka and I didn't blind Kanan! It was all Maul. I avenged them by killing him!" He explained. The spirit scoffed, "Then who could love a killer?! A murderer! A servant of the dark side!" I looked away and saw another one of Ezra's nightmares.

He was backed against a wall crying his eyes out and covering his ears while ghost forms of the crew were yelling at him. "You're a failure, Ezra! An unworthy apprentice!!!" Kanan screamed at him. Hera said, "What were we thinking in offering you a home?! We almost died because of you multiple times!!!" Zeb punched him in the face and said, "You think cutting your wrists and hands will bring back your parents? Grow up, Lothrat! Death is a part of life!" Ahsoka kicked him to his side and screamed to him, "You left me there to die for over a year!!! Do you have any idea what it's like to be alone waiting for someone to come back for you? Oh wait, I forgot who I was talking to!" "He deserves to die. Sabine, put him out of his misery!" Hera suggested. The ghost me put a gun to his head but Ezra begged for mercy, "Please Sabine. Don't do this!!! I LOVE YOU!!!" But his head hit against the wall hard and blood spilled from a hole in his head.

  I had seen what I needed to see. I let go of his hand and tried to process what I had seen. "Ezra, tell me. What are you afraid of?" He looked at me with tears staining his cheeks until he anwsered, "I'm afraid of...of you not loving me." My heart literally stopped when he told me his fear. He began to speak again, "Sabine, I'm in love with you. I know what I had said about me liking another girl but, I lied. I could never love another as much as you. And I know you told me that you don't have feelin-" I interrupted him by pressing my lips on his. I cupped his tear stained cheek and kept kissing him.

After we separated, I said, "I lied too. I do have feelings for you. I love you too, Ezra." I noticed that his eyes weren't green anymore but his normal coblat blue. The blue that I loved so much. "I love you, Sabine. You freed me from my demons. Thank you." He hugged closely. "I love you too, Ezra. We'll release the demons inside both of us. I promise."

We heard an explosion outside. It was Ketsu. She threw in our weapons and screamed, "Come on, lovebirds! You wanna get out of here or what?" Ezra activated his lightsaber and I readied my blasters.

As we got to the landing platform, The Ghost came in and we got out of there safe and sound. As we walked to our rooms, I kissed Ezra goodnight and he kissed me goodnight too. I laid on my bed getting warm feelings until I feel asleep with a goofy smile on my face.
