This is a universe where magic exists. Depending on the magic you have you come from a certain realm. You won't be able to tell by looking at someone if they passivize powers. The only way to tell is to see magic happening from them. Some people use wands others have no use for a wand; they can control their powers without help.
Keeping their powers in control is the most important thing. If you do lose control it will have terrible repercussions and you'll be seeing some very important people. Don't let looks deceive you they mean nothing in the magic realm.
Anyone with magic abilities has one specific magic type. Don't think you can win every time. That will only create your enemies.
