I open my eyes and slightly shake as the first thing I see is Lance staring at me. He is laying down on our pillow divide to keep us separate through the night and changes his soft stare into a glare when he notices me looking at him.

"Finally, you're awake." Lance says in a gruff voice and lets go of my hand that we have locked throughout the night. "I don't think I could have stayed in that position for any longer." He sits up and stretches out his muscles. I slowly sit up and watch him. He wears a light grey t-shirt that is tight, but loose enough that I cannot see his physique. I wonder if he had really held my hand the whole night, sacrificing his comfort for mine. The thought is kind, but unnerving at the same time.

I recall the nightmare I had try to piece it together. I do not know the line between real life and dream, so I'm going to have to rely on Lance's memory. I take out my phone and see if my friends have messaged me, but it is on a black screen and is not turning on. Lance had turned around and caught me looking at my broken phone. He looks disgusted at me, "How on earth did you manage that?"

I look up at him and shrug. Ian was the one who had done something to it when I didn't start the maze like he wanted us to. Lance takes it out of my hand and turns it over to see if there were any major dents. When he sees that there are none and that I actually take care of my IRIS pretty well, he asks for my hand. I oblige, knowing that he just needs my fingerprint. He applies pressure on my thumb on the screen to turn it on, but it doesn't work. He sighs and lets go of my hand, pressing his own thumb on my IRIS. It starts up immediately and glows, signaling that it is ready to use. He places it down next to me and gets up from the bed. I stare at my device and wonder how he could fix it by just placing his own thumbprint on it. Do all the guys have backdoor access to our devices?

I click on the message app to see if I can find any clues as to what had happened last night. Silly, isn't it? It's like I got blacked out drunk and can't remember a thing. A beep sound comes from my IRIS and a message pops up, 'New print recognition.' Lance turns around to face me as he is putting on a new shirt for the day. I was too busy to even notice that he was changing right in front of me! My face starts to redden as his shirt is going over his head, exposing his torso and abs for me to see clear as day. His sweatpants that he slept in are still on thankfully, and as he gets his shirt on, he looks at me. His face starts to tint darker too when he realizes that he got half naked in front of me. He covers this up by leaning over the bed and snatching my IRIS out of my hands.

He places his thumb on the screen again and waits a couple seconds before signaling me over to him. I get up from my side of the bed and stand next to him. He grabs my hand and presses my thumb to the screen again. He could have just asked...

My message screen opens up and I see that I have a ton of unread messages. I read over his arm as he holds my phone still and stare at the messages coming in. There are two chatrooms open and a private one with Lance open. I can see parts of the messages my friends have sent to me last night and my breathing stops. I only see bits and pieces, but I'm sure it's enough to creep Lance out.

Ana- Ehehehehehehehe <3 Love you Kyira!

Kyira- What? I'm being serious. Out of all of them,

Kyira- Gyu can f*ck off.

Ana- Heheheheheehheehehehehehe

Tanaka- Kyira how many times do I have to warn you that these are monitored...?

Oh, how Tanaka has never been right more than this moment. Me and Lance are stone still, reading a portion of the messages from last night, neither one of us moving out of shock. He may punish her for saying things like that and I don't want her to get in trouble.
