Chapter 19

This morning I woke up a bit defeated after reminding myself of last night's fiasco. Everything was going perfect until Lance and Ian started fighting. I was sent back to the cabin for the night and I did not miss it. The bed is uncomfortable and cold compared to what I was used to and I wished I could have stayed.

The challenge for today was flexibility. Luckily I was more flexible than a few of the other girls, otherwise I'd be toast. We are now down to only twenty-eight girls, and we are being sent to the nicer cabin later today. It is almost time for the guys to pick a girl and the games to end.

Tanaka hasn't talked much to me today and it makes me feel like this is somehow my fault that Ian and Lance fought. I know that it isn't, but Ian mentioned me just before they started to argue again. Ana has been supportive and makes sure there is no unwanted silence with the group while Kyira remains questionable. She keeps making jokes about both our guys and gets upset when we throw a joke at her with Roldan.

Ian had sent over another guard today for our challenge and the same guy came to make sure we move. The bigger cabin is nice and not as cold as the other, yet the beds still have room for improvement. This new building has rooms with beds for four people. We decided that we would keep the same sleeping arrangement with Tanaka and Ana on one bunk bed and me and Kyira on the other side of the room.

"I'm loving this new setup! Probably even good enough for a guy... Hey, if I leave my panties on the door knob, that means I brought a man over." Kyira squeals happily to the group.

"Um.. Kyira, you do know that only we are allowed in here?" Tanaka says with a hand on her hip.

"And the only guy you have is Roldan." I hear Ana snicker from the other side of the room.

"Uh, did you all overlook the panties on the door knob? Really?" I grimace at the thought of her thong hanging by a literal string on the door's lock.

Kyira brushes her hair to the side with her hand in one swift swoop, "Of course. They'll come off anyway so why not use the resources if you got it?"

All three of us fake gag while she prances around the room, looking at herself in the mirror. "Didn't you just tell us before that you didn't want to do that sort of thing with Roldan?" Tanaka points her finger at Kyira.

"Well, it comes and goes for me. One moment I am wishing to be with someone and the next moment I want to vomit when it actually happens." She explains to us. I nod my head and try to direct a question to Tanaka. I need to make sure we are all still friends even after what happened.

Before I can ask anything, Ana speaks up first, "So Senpai, how is your love life~?"

I frown and look down, not knowing how to answer with Tanaka here. "It has been going well. Except for the fact that he doesn't want to be around me at the moment. I'm sure he will invite me over tonight and we can talk."

"He will not invite you over." Ian says as he opens the door to our room. We each turn our heads to face him as he introduces a surprise we would have never expected. "I am here to take one of you to a secret challenge. It was requested by one of the guys to do a pop challenge tonight."

"Who are you here to take?" I ask. Surely if it is me, I can win the challenge good enough to stay in the competition.

"I am here to take one girl from each room to compete against one another. The challenge is secret, so you will not choose a player who could easily win. The best competitor is not allowed to compete. Y/N," he looks over to me, "you are not eligible to compete." He leans against the door and sighs as he waits for us to choose one of our own to compete.
